It's one of those places where you can browse for a while and still discover new things. The staff member who assisted us was friendly, patient, and never hovered. She gave us plenty of space to look around but stepped in right away when we needed help. My companion purchased a wig and was able to try several styles before choosing the one she liked. The staff was kind enough to let her take her time, which made the experience feel relaxed and comfortable. Prices are reasonable and not over the top. I picked up two headbands that were both pretty and easy to wash - simple little finds that I'm happy with. A great stop if you're looking for beauty supplies, wigs, or just want to browse.
