Lush is one of my favorite places in the world!! This is my "go to"place when I need to replenish my own "spa" treatment at home. I absolutely LOVE everything about the store! They carry a variety of bath care aka bath bombs, skincare (face and body). My personal favorite is the boue sea bath bomb where there is seaweed in it. Seaweed is very good for your skin. You can put on it, but make sure you dont eat it unless you get that from the food store, lol. I love "magic crystal" and "ocean wave" to moisturize my skin and the magic crystal leaves a "tingling effect." You know "menthol" in anything is heaven. My favorite facial mask is "Magnanimity." Sorry, if I mispelled that. Aqua marina is also another good one. Anything with seaweed, I am all about that! read more

Very disappointed! I purchased several gifts, including 3 premade gift sets. Two were fine, but the pre wrapped contents in one were leaking when the box was opened. When I tried to return it exchange at the store, I first told that it was normal for them to leak (by this time my hands were covered). Then I was told I would only get 1/2 of the purchase price back. I rejected that offer, and ultimately was refunded the full price. This whole experience was very stressful, and in total difference to the return policy printed on the receipt. I would have liked to order another gift, but after this experience, I did not trust that the product would arrive without the same problem. This is my first and last purchase at Lush. read more

I didn't know about Lush until a few months ago and honestly didn't know there was one in the area until I was in The Mall of Georgia. So glad I stopped in. From the moment you step it it's full of freshness. All of the employees welcome you and are beyond helpful. They also do demos of the products that you participate in and they had me sold! I love the almond scrubee body bar. Omg it's amazing. I also purchased a soap that smells amazing and runs smoothly on my skin. I'm not someone who likes to write bad reviews but I just really did not like my experience with one of the workers. I feel as though going into Lush could have been a great trip but one of the workers, a short black girl with sort of short dark hair and piercings, just had an attitude I didn't really like. Maybe she was having a bad day or something. I don't know but after seeing the way she talked and interacted to other customers it seemed like she just didn't care to give that customer service vibe I heard so much about from my friends who enjoy Lush. She just seemed to get annoyed when customers touched too much or used something wrong. I absolutely love this location! I was greeted when I walked in, and each employee I talked to knew exactly what they were talking about. They knew about each and every product I asked about. I highly recommend coming here if you have questions about skincare. They have separate skincare specialists who can work with you regarding your skin type to find exfoliants, cleansers, or masks for you. I also talked to one of the girls about what results i wanted to get out of a shampoo (volume and shine, mostly), and she gave me a few samples to try before committing to the full sized product. read more

I had to stop in to find another tooth powder or toothy tab that was comparable to the Ultrablast tooth powder that was discontinued. Ultrablast tooth powder was my family's favorite. I was told that their toothy tab called Dirty was somewhat comparable to Ultrablast tooth powder. I purchased 5 bottles. I know that to some, spending $10.95/bottle on a product to brush your teeth is expensive, but we absolutely love the tooth powders and toothy tabs at Lush. I haven't found anything else that compares. My mouth is minty clean after I brush without the aftertaste that many other products leave. We've definitely found another quality product. I usually love Lush, and I adore their bath bombs. However, over the weekend I purchased their dark arts jelly bath bomb for 8 dollars. I had watched videos of what it did, and was excited to try it out. Instead of making a jelly cover, it turned into hard lumps with a bunch of smaller lumps which stuck to my skin. They would dissolve any further either. It was also a horrible mess to clean up from the tub. I will not be repurchasing. read more

LUSH is one of my favorite places on the planet!!! Just walking in the door... One immediately feels refreshed and rejuvenated. Smells exotically delicious... And not just perfumey flowers that give you a headache.. But more like subtle notes of lemongrass, vanilla musk, lavender and patchouli. I came in for a restock and for gifts. Bath bombs make AWESOME and relatively inexpensive gifts that are sure to please! My favorites are Twilight, butterball, honeybee and sex bomb. My daughters love the shampoo bars... Yep.. I have been to many different Lush stores, and this one's customer service is the best. Every employee is super attentive, and very easy to talk to. A really beautiful and large store. I went on a friday afternoon and it was very empty compared to the other Lush stores that are jam packed. I was able to shop in peace without needing to worry about customers pushing and shoving. They have all their products displayed beautifully and the store is very clean. My only con is that the staff wasn't too friendly. No one approached me or helped me out and it was a bit awkward shopping as they stood around the register completely silent lol. read more

Today was my first time visiting Lush. I'm so happy that I decided to wander in there. I was very pleased with the customer service and their products are amazing! They were super busy, but very friendly, attentive, and made sure that all of my questions were answered. They even made sure that I got a sample of my choice before I left. My only complaint, other than the store being teeny tiny and somewhat crowded, was that there were a few products that I saw on their website that I was interested in, but then didn't see them in the store. Maybe they rotate the displays of inventory? I'm sure that if I had taken the time to ask, they would have been more than happy to answer that question. First I must mention, the products are so wonderful! my daughter is 13 yrs old and she has many friends that enjoy so much going to this store. They are no cruelty to animals is my #1 reason for purchasing from them. My COMPLAINT is more about a woman named Evannie she is a very rude person. She did not answer my questions and walked away making a sentence that she did not understand me. ( I do have an accent when I talk but I am able to understand english words well!) She walked to the back telling another associate to assist us. because she could not understand what I was saying. I have never had any problems with anyone understanding me. I felt this was her looking at me in a wrong way for being an Indian woman. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she was the manager. She gave my daughter and myself such a mean look it was very uncomfortable. This day my daughter had a bad experience and we did leave without buying anything. My husband suggested I write a letter to the Lush company so my daughter can still have a good time going to the store and not be worried about that mean woman. I did write a letter to the customer complaint and they did reply very fast. As I told them in my email, this company says they believe in being kind to animals and I suggested that they should retrain this manager to be kind to humans! Especially customers that spend quite alot of money and share our beliefs on the products from this store. read more
