When I shop here the first thing that comes to mind is quality customer service and kindness. I shop here enough to know that this store is the best store in this entire town. Damn they had an amazing sale on hand sanitizers! $1 each whether it was the spray one or the squirt one that everybody usually has. The place was packed! I love coming here when they have a sale. Cus when it's on sale it's always a great discount! And I love the fact we can use our rewards with it. And I even got a free body care item worth $18.95. DL the app, it also helps. I love the scents. I have a couple of favorite ones. I really like the holiday ones too and the beautiful designs on the foam hand soaps. Myself I am not a candle person, but I do love the candle smells and I do pick them up for coworkers who adore candles. I prefer the perfumes and the lotions which I do get and use my coupons. I like Bath and Bodyworks. I have different specials promotions and they give you emails and coupons in the mail. This visit I purchased the coconut perfume mist spray, and I got the antibacterial hand sanitizer of twisted peppermint. Twisted peppermint is my go to flavor for the holidays. I love the peppermint flavor. It's just giving Holiday vibes. Depending on what time you go to the store there may be a line or just have patience or if you go with a friend of family member and you know you're ready to go online but you still wanna look around. Have them go online while you're still shopping and just be aware once the line goes down. Overall, I had a outstanding customer service experience at Bath and body Works. Gift card problem! I went to River Park location to use the gift card, but they denied me from using gift card. Bath & Body Works are aware with issues with sticker on the back of the gift card and they had many issues, but still keep using problematic cards and denying gift card funds. They said they have to convert to ecard and I have to wait several days. At the same time, they also said they don't see money on the gift card. I wouldn't buy Bath & Body Works gift cards for my friends, family and coworkers to save them from annoying headaches. To be fair, cashier and store manager was friendly and helpful. read more

I went in to redeem my free items (I had 4) but was told I could no longer purchase wallflower plugs. Apparently, others complained about what they could get so the company decided to make those of us who appreciated the plugs - unsatisfied. I normally purchase employee gifts from B&B but looks like the incentive is gone so I will no longer be going in for anything other than my personal favorite- wallflower and wall scents. The dude and I visited Bath and Body Works on 04/24/22 as we were in the River Park area. I am usually not a fan of such stores as I have a STRONG sense of smell and places like these just overwhelms me so I really never go in. However, I'm such a candle lover since 2018 and they had so many candles on sale the time we came in which was a steal. Since I was in the market to get some the dude convinced me to go in. Upon entering the aromas for all the smells wasn't as powerful as it usually is - maybe it was because we were in the candle section. I smelled like 20 plus candles and it was fun!!! Staff was helpful and friendly too! They even told us about car freshener deals which we snagged ! I ended up with a cute baby sea turtle for my car along with 4 or 5 pouches! Yay! I also got one or two candles as well. The dude helped me pick out the smells and I didn't go to the body spray area or lotions my nose doesn't like it as everything will start smelling the same for me xD Anywho, it was such a pleasant shopping experience!!! This location is always stocked to the ceiling with new arrivals and the most popular items. It's super dangerous going inside because I always end up leaving with way more than I anticipated. The gentleman who works here--not sure what his name is--is always so friendly and super helpful. He, along with the rest of the associates, know where everything is and are always more than willing to answer your questions and help you out. You never feel as though you're bothering them, and they genuinely care about your shopping experience. read more

I'm a fan of Bath and Body Works, I use the shower gels exclusively and it's not uncommon for me to purchase 15-20 varieties on one visit...or one sitting if I'm ordering online. Call it good timing on this visit, I was on the last squeeze of the last bottle at home and an online order would mean a day or two without my beloved gel. Since we were in N. Cal, I took advantage of the buy 3 get 2 deal, so I loaded up with 20 of my favorites and called it a sale. The buy 3 get 3 deal is of course the best sale, so watch for it! A few of the fragrances on my must have list are: Sea Island Cotton, Coconut Lime Breeze, Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin, Beautiful Day, Tahiti Island Dream and a handful of others. The fragrances are subtle enough - my guy uses the too. Nice to have your favorite shower gel when traveling and your favorite pillow too, it makes the experience home away from home. Even he enjoys the little comforts away from home. Always hit BBW during their sale which sometimes means buying before you need to. The savings is worth it and your wallet will be happy. Last Christmas I ventured into their candle options and admit though I'd prefer flameless candles for safety, some of the options during Christmas really make the house smell festive. All the associates were super friendly. We browsed around, literally walked around countless of times. Lol each associate asked us if we were doing ok. Yes I'm fine. I'm just trying to make up my mind in which ones i REALLY NEED and not start my hoarding/couponing/omg it was so cheap phase again. Jo, actually came up to us and asked specifics. Super nice. They welcomed each and every customer even when they were assisting other customers. Gives you the best feeling in the world when you're acknowledged and you're spending schmonies in their store. Sorted and organized. I dig the wall of candles but i tend to veer away from glass. Low&behold I'm bad luck and i tend to break things. They don't like when you have a Return. Encountered a sullen, rude young lady who clearly was not happy about helping me. When I showed her my phone for the Order number or barcode, she took it out of my hand and then moved further away to another register when I asked for my phone back. You just don't do that. In other stores, an employee might ask if they can make the screen bigger or scroll down or whatever, but they ask first and they certainly don't take your phone and create distance. Some training on attitude and methods is in order. read more

My friend and i decided to stop here well to be honest he's addicted to this place Lol...Anyway it wasn't busy we looked around for a while but were constantly bothered by the salesman which was really annoying!! I went in just trying to smell some nice candles with no hope, but I was approached by a worker asking what I was looking for. I've bought a specific candle before that I adored but since can't find. I told the worker, Sarah, this and she was so helpful, kind, and patient. She's been working there for awhile and told me how to look for something similar. Wow! They were having a 75% off sale on hundreds of body lotions, creams, sprays, etc. I was immediately greeted by a very nice and bubbly cashier. This is one of my favorite locations. The sales staff is always super friendly, although sometimes they can be a bit too much. I do appreciate how they greet you immediately and always seem to be near by to hand you a bag, (when you originally declined). You can never have too much lotion. When I can't think of what to get my friends I go to Bath & Body Works and make them a CUSTOM gift basket. Ask the clerks to help you, they'll love it. They can give you really creative ideas. What girl doesn't love a basket filled with scents and candles? I haven't met one yet. Guys are a little harder to please but they do have a small section for men. And what guy doesn't want that healthy glowing skin now-a-days? Man-scape that!--oh yeah. Me, I'm a cherry blossom gal. Or am I a pear? I don't know yet, but they come out with new scents every season! I love to try the new scents! I love the purse size hand sanitizer keepers that are adorable and with so many creative choices you can keep it in a frog, a penguin, etc...they are really cute and make fun gifts for teens and girls. They have so many small, cute things to give and keep. Scrubbies...they got 'em. Candles and air fresheners galore! I just love it here. I get my hand foam here every month. They have a BBW in Clovis at the Sierra Vista Mall but I like going here because VS (Victoria Secret) is across the way. :) They are the only distributor that I know of in this town that carries Patricia Wexler Skin Care Products. I'm always helped quickly and I love the new white barn side of the store. They always have deals and coupons. I can't help but fall in love with the frosted cranberry candle. its my absolute favorite! I love the aesthetics of the new white barn side and the candle selection is better than the one in Fashion Fair for sure. Ever since their reopening I have had a problem shopping here. Their staff have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Every time I have gone to check out, one of the workers has to call their manager because they don't know how to scan a coupon or ring me up correctly. The other day there was a huge line with only one register open. The manager saw the line and decided that it was the perfect time for her to go in her office and work on scheduling hours. Seriously? She should have opened another register. Very unprofessional and very unimpressed with their staff. Also, I have asked their staff several questions about incoming product and their staff have no helpful information. They were completely incompetent. read more

I love bath and body I have a box full of lotions perfume candles and hand soaps You can never own too many bath and body products I love how sweet and nice the employees are they are always so cheerful and helpful even when they are super busy. The other great thing is they let you use as many coupons as you need by making separate transactions I really wish the store would have something like the Mac store. Maybe bring in 5/10 empty candles jars and get a free travel size item or something. Not only would the company be able too reuse the glass's for new candles it would bring more business because I have never just gone into the store for one thing I end up buying way more than intended lol read more

Walk in and ask for a soap product that has oatmeal in it because I was advised to do so. A lady walks up and I asks me if she can help. I tell her what I want and She tells me that I don't need that very loudly (I'm guessing that she assumed i didn't know anything because I'm a man). I tell her i still want an oatmeal product and she continues to tell me that i want something different. I start to respond to her telling me what I want. At this point I'm obviously upset at her rudness and she just walks away from me literally while I'm in the middle of a sentence didn't get her name she is short with short hair and talks very loud. I literally can not believe the level of rudeness she just threw at me. I was just in the at 4:35pm on April 6th 2016.
