I went shopping there a few days ago (05/12/26) and the cashier said our gift cards appear fraudulent!? Why would she make that assumption? These cards were birthday gifts and we know the people that gave us those cards are not fraudsters! Anyway, we decided to leave everything there and not buy anything because the cashier insisted our cards were fraud and she didn't want to help us redeem them in any way. We called the number on the back of the cards and confirmed that there is money on them. Won't shop here any longer. read more

It was very easy to shop and I left with a few items. This location of Nordstrom Rack is my go-to place for myself and my whole family. It really is a happy place for me. I always know I will find something unique, and perfect for the occasion I'm looking for. I have found everything from fancy dresses for weddings for myself, to adorable unique, silly Christmas Sweaters for my kids. Sometimes I need to purchase items and return them, and I have done that recently as I either didn't have kids with me to try on, or I did not try it on. Every return experience has been a breeze. The employees are always personable and we have even chatted about our kids. I am greeted and checked on at each visit. Main reason for this five star rating though...besides the variety, prices, quality...need I go on...by far the most organized well kept up, cleanest, fully stocked with new styles and sizes Nordstrom Rack ever! The beauty and home decor areas are also favorites of mine. Its higher end stuff...but not high end prices. I realized that I often want to let a manager know of great service from an employee here, or just the store in general how awesome it is- so I decided to share it with you all! I I love Nordstrom rack. I was ecstatic when they moved in across the street from me. Of course I went broke, but it was for a good cause. Lol. I have one request of the Nordstrom's rack in Clovis and the one in Fresno please please please turn your music down. Please please please make it relevant to everyone not just the crowd under 20. I am in the store now and probably isn't anyone under 40 in here yet the music plane is geared to the teenybopper and young adult crowd. It's so annoying to have to shop with that sometimes I have a cart full of stuff and I walk out because I just can't stand the music anymore. Sometimes I walk in and walk out because of the music. A very clean and organized store. It doesn't feel too crowded. The customer service is great. They greet you and ask if you're finding everything ok. this location is SO much more organized than the blackstone location. please keep it this way nordstrom rack! today i found an amazing find: a furla leather afrodite handbag in black at 65% off retail. it was an AMAZING deal that i could not pass up as i needed a black handbag & it was still factory wrapped with protective stickers over the hardware. it was in the glass case along with longchamp bags, stella mccartney wallets, etc. there's a huge selection of rebecca minkoff mini bags & marc jacobs too. but there aren't any marc jacobs "the tote" bags. sales associates here are very helpful & friendly. olivia helped me in the handbag section & she was super helpful, patient & very kind. read more

I came to shop with my daughter and while i was browsing, i assume it was a manager or someone with authority, a lady came out of nowhere and started having a very loud and condescending conversation with a worker about their work. Since this woman was talking very loud, you can see the associate being embarrassed while other customers were walking right by them. I felt bad, and it was awkward to be around something like that, so i can imagine the work environment when customers are not in the store. The rude lady seen me hovering while i was eavesdropping and IMMEDIATELY stopped with her original attitude and told the worker why they didn't assist me yet? When i clearly didn't need help, she walked away and I told the associate afterwards that they were doing a great job no matter what :) it was very shocking to witness and i hope they find better management that doesn't take their frustrations on other workers. Great merch, huge selection of clothing, make up, housewares and more! Already had some clearance items as well. Store is well laid out and better to shop than Fresno Rack. Had a bad and unusual experience today. I went in to look for a wedding guest dress and found what I thought was the perfect one in the clearance section. There was a tag attached that said it was a return and had revisions made to it. Finding out this information made me check the dress throughly to make sure nothing was out of the ordinary. After inspecting I realized I didn't know the cost of the dress because the price tag was missing, so I took it to the counter to ask for the price. In the meantime I searched online and found the dress ranging from 50-130$ with it being available online at Nordstromrack. After about 10 minutes of waiting the lady came back and said the dress should not have been on the floor because it was a return from another location and it was altered. Which I thought was strange considering I knew this information from the tag that was attached. She said because it's unfair to me to of found the dress they will allow me to purchase but it has to be at full price retailing 268$. I'm sorry, what?! I did not have time to argue or look into why an item was on the floor that was allegedly not supposed to be there as I had to get back to personal matters elsewhere, but I was rather infuriated and also confused on the whole situation. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Also, if it wasn't supposed to be available- why would you be allowed to charge me full price instead of a deep discounted price? read more

it was the worse service, the cashier literally spent 22 min chit chatting with her customers, had no decency to say "I'll be right with you, not even eye contacting me, I asked if there was another cashier and still waited another 10 min. the customer purchased 1 item, ONE..... left my 6 items in the line formation and left. read more
