Stumbled upon this location while dining nearby. It's convenient and was well stocked with the items I was shopping for. There is a generous parking lot shared with neighboring businesses in this shopping area. All employees greeted customers and provided what I felt was an appropriate amount of attention to them and kept the check out line to a minimum. Anyone who has shopped here knows when there is a sale on certain items, the store can be crowded and the line to the center of the store. My cashier was attentive and even notified me that a product I had selected was damaged. She was patient as it was swapped out and wrapped everything up to make sure my purchase remained intact in transit. Shopping in store is cool, but sometimes you're busy and Bath and Body Works offers an option to order online and pick up in store. Delivery is another option but I've found it to be cumbersome and the free shipping codes can't be stacked with other promotion coupons. In store, you can stack offers. Using their app, you can earn rewards and have access to digital coupons. I try not to get a basket when I shop here because I'll leave with so many things that weren't on my original lists of things. Finally made it to this location!!. The Disney Princess Line was front row and Princess Tiana (IYKYK) was leading the pack. It smelled nice when you walked in, I was greeted and helped immediately!. This location layout & setup is Thee best! Spacious ! it's easy for the customer and staff to walk through and not be standing in the way. If you're smelling a product, all the Try Me's are front & center so you don't have to pick around the section to find it. The customer service is welcoming just as the store, vibrant, friendly, clean , colorful. They have patience as I'm indecisive! , I finally smelled all of the Disney they need to try again! or maybe I didn't let it sit long enough before trying another character I'll come back to edit if my views change. My Go-to's are the discontinued pastel skies, fairytale.. the current viva vanilla, midnight addiction , seeing rough, my favorite perfect in pink hits Every time!! I went to Bath and Body works on Sunday, November 16th, to purchase some of my favorite fragrances, I also had a birthday reward I wanted to redeem before it expired and a 20% coupon I wanted to use towards the items I was purchasing. The service in the area is terrible, you can hardly get a signal if you get one at all. When I get up to the register, I put my telephone number in but my rewards or coupon didn't come up, the cashier didn't know what to do so she asked another cashier and she didn't know what to do either. The store wasn't that crowded and neither thought to ask a seasoned employ what to do, the cashier just said there is nothing I can do to help you. I tried to bring up my coupons, unfortunately the full picture wouldn't come out. I am disappointed because, I missed out on using my coupon and I have to go back to the store if I want to use my birthday reward. I am disappointed no one wanted to go the extra mile to help the customer, and the store wasn't crowed. read more

I love Bath and body works and I'm happy they finally opened a store closer to me after all these years. This new store is very clean and organized even well stocked. I mean I still got some of my favorite candle scents on candle day at 9pm lolll. Of course I'm going back today to use my rewards. The workers are very friendly. Some have left.
