When I returned to the store a few days later hoping to exchange it, I was initially told that an exchange wasn't possible since it had been used. I later spoke with Julie G., the general manager, and she was very helpful. She allowed me to return on December 31, 2025, and exchange the flat iron for one that better suits my needs. I truly appreciate her assistance and professionalism. Overall, this was my first concern in many years, and I'm glad the situation was resolved.

I am taking off one star because I visited one day... spent about $100 and came back the next day spent about $80, but I was given a savings punch card...so many purchases you get something free or a deal on something. So my brow was raised, why didn't I receive a card the day before!? I could have easily been well on my way to receive the reward. I asked the associate what's up? She suggested I talk to the lady in the wig area, I assume she was the boss. I went over to that area and she was nowhere to be found. Interesting! Instead of trying to help, she spoke over me, had an attitude, and seemed more interested in arguing than resolving the issue. No customer should be treated with such disrespect. A manager is supposed to set the example, but her behavior was the exact opposite of what I would expect from someone in a leadership position. She made the shopping experience uncomfortable and completely ruined what should have been a quick visit. There are plenty of beauty supply stores that appreciate their customers. Instead of getting my fresh juices (that's not pasteurized) full of all the healthy enzymes that optimizes excellent health, I will be a regular customer here. I plan to order them by the gallon. This is way better than what I was doing, because it's $8 for something similar when Whole Foods makes their juices fresh. The brand Suja is about $5. Getting it by the gallon here is way better. Especially getting sea moss juice with pure ingredients. 2. I've seen people on the streets selling fragrant natural oils. However, I feel better buying it from here because the owner has taken it a step further by investing into having a physical brick and mortar business. 3. The wide variety of fragrant oils is really amazing. It can be hard to choose from the options, but that's a good thing. 4. I love the variety of natural products, there's toothpaste, soaps, deodorants, hair pomades, Shea butters, body oils, and more. Neem toothpaste, moringa toothpaste, etc. When you know the benefits of these powerhouse herbs and minerals, it's great to be able to have these available. 5. I was super happy to see that they sell copper jewelry. There's so many health benefits to wearing copper, it's really the only jewelry that I would wear if it wasn't so hard to find. She also can customize the jewelry as well. 6. Every health supplement, cleanse that will help you to have optimal health they have it here. 7. Everyone who worked there was very helpful. I met the owners wife, and she was extremely knowledgeable about so many things! She does health consultations and is a licensed aesthetician. 8.
