The sections were all pretty organized & it seemed like they did a good job at keeping alike items in the same area. They had loads of costumes, plenty of outdoor decor & a good selection at their T-shirt wall. It didn't feel like this location lacked too many items. I also liked how they had animatronics out that I hadn't seen in person yet this year. There were a good handful set up which I was surprised to see given the size of the store. Still, this area didn't feel clustered at all either. When checking out, the employee was friendly & got me on my way quickly. Be sure to look for the 20% discount coupon they send out during the season. It's always a good time to stop by the Halloween store!

Having an offering of calendars, games, and toys the small space they take can become jam packed quickly. Browsing can be a chore here because when you finally have a chance to look at something another customer is attempting to make their way down the aisle and push you out of the way. Being that this location is a seasonal location, the set up was really awkward. They used the space to the best of their ability, but it just didn't work well overall. Being that I was here during the holidays, a lot of what they had to offer was picked over. But I should have expected that.

For several years, I have occasionally shopped in this store. The quality of clothing is decent, and the prices can be reasonable. As seen in my previous review, I bought a high-quality fall coat here for a low price, and the employees courteously served me. Most recently, I felt most interested in this store's polo shirts for my husband. The store was having a 50%-off sale, so I felt happy with the prices. I also liked the women's tees that cost only $13 each. I, however, ended up buying only two six-pair packs of socks. Both an employee and a sign told me that the socks were BOGO. I stood at the checkout counter for several minutes. An employee folded shirts and did not even say hello to me. I told her that I was ready to check out, and she replied that she was new. Another employee eventually came and rang up my purchase as regular rather than sale price. I mentioned the sale to him. He had to get a third employee to correct the price in the cash register.

I occasionally shop at Old Navy, mostly for shirts. The quality of the clothing is not high but acceptable, and the prices are reasonable. During my recent visit, this store had a large selection of clothing for all genders and ages. The store was having a 30%-off sale that made the prices fairly low. In early October I saw Christmas clothing on the racks. No employees talked to me as I was looking around, but they otherwise did their jobs.

The store was easy to navigate and similar to all the other stores I've been in. Thankfully, everyone (both customers and staff) was wearing masks as required. The dressing rooms were open, which I was surprised to hear. The bathrooms were not open to the public. The socially distant line to checkout is long, but it moves fast. It's just a good spot to pick up some cheap sandals and summer dresses for me, plus I like their selection of toddler/boys clothes. The baby selection was really lacking, but I saw they have a special Old Navy children's store somewhere in the outlet, so maybe they just have more options there. Good experience over all.
