They were friendly and helpful. The clothes were arranged by size and color, and are spread out, not tightly hung together. The items I looked at were gently used. I found a pair of like-new black dress sandals for $12 that I'll wear next spring. I considered a like-new pair of cowboy boots for $20, but I have a pair that I need to wear more. I tried on a pretty dress by Banana Republic for $12 that will look better on someone else. They had accessories, too. This is a lovely store in a strip mall with a parking lot.

When I entered the store, an employee said hello and told me about sales. Much of the merchandise was 40% off or more. As I walked around, I saw fully stocked racks and shelves. I felt most interested in the women's fashions. I liked the styles of women's shirts, jeans, coats, underwear, and purses. Not to give too much information, but Calvin Klein is my favorite brand of underwear, and I felt happy to see that the underwear had two discounts. At the checkout counter, an employee promptly and politely rang up my purchase and thanked me. Four pairs of Calvin Klein underwear for $42 is about is low of a price as you can find anywhere!

I was really glad to see that the customer service was better and the bathrooms were much cleaner than my past visits, so I am updating my rating from 2 to 3 stars. The only issue was that the store was very disorganized, and it was extremely difficult to find any sizes, styles, or brands. The merchandise was all over stuffed on the racks in a random assortment. This was super frustrating and made it take forever to find what we needed. We did have a good experience otherwise. John was very friendly and helpful at the checkout. We had a coupon and got a great deal! It was a total of only $65 for a dress shirt and dress pants, as well as a shirt I grabbed for myself. I always love the sale prices and coupons at Kohl's!

My favorite thing was that they had Chi hair straighteners for more than 50% off. If/when mine ever kicks the dust I know where I will be going. It was $70 at the time but hear they have them for $50 at times! $70 is a really good deal, $50 is even better (obviously)! The deals are just everywhere. I also found headphones (I left mine at the office), the same headphones I buy for $20, for $7! $7! Such a good deal! I also found a couple of pans for less than $7, regularly around $20! Most stores were sold out and here they had them in stock and well priced! The home section was great too--everything was beautiful and most of the clearance items were really nice as well. Sometimes clearance is just bad, but this TJ Maxx was really on top of it. Prices were average for a TJ Maxx. They carried a lot of name brands so you can expect a price point reflecting that (ie: Starting at $85, TJ Maxx is $30). The store was also clean, organized, and not crowded though there were a lot of people there. I'd definitely make a pit stop if I was in the area again.
