For several years, I have occasionally shopped in this store. The quality of clothing is decent, and the prices can be reasonable. As seen in my previous review, I bought a high-quality fall coat here for a low price, and the employees courteously served me. Most recently, I felt most interested in this store's polo shirts for my husband. The store was having a 50%-off sale, so I felt happy with the prices. I also liked the women's tees that cost only $13 each. I, however, ended up buying only two six-pair packs of socks. Both an employee and a sign told me that the socks were BOGO. I stood at the checkout counter for several minutes. An employee folded shirts and did not even say hello to me. I told her that I was ready to check out, and she replied that she was new. Another employee eventually came and rang up my purchase as regular rather than sale price. I mentioned the sale to him. He had to get a third employee to correct the price in the cash register.

This is a must-stop any time I'm visiting the Prime Outlets. Prices are fairly predictable between…read morevisits, and there almost always something that qualifies as a great deal. I've never felt claustrophobic here - only mentioning that since other outlets here can get pretty congested and hard to navigate through. Salespeople are pleasant and willing to help, and are never pushy/annoying. Huge plus! The store has a pretty good location too, at the end of one of the central rows. I'll continue to be a regular here for the foreseeable future.

I occasionally shop at Old Navy, mostly for shirts. The quality of the clothing is not high but acceptable, and the prices are reasonable. During my recent visit, this store had a large selection of clothing for all genders and ages. The store was having a 30%-off sale that made the prices fairly low. In early October I saw Christmas clothing on the racks. No employees talked to me as I was looking around, but they otherwise did their jobs.

I needed to meet someone up this way and decided tos top here so I could return some items that I ordered online. I always like to note with these stores, they're not an outlet. This is just a normal Old Navy store. Could you imagine an outlet old navy? The prices would be dirt cheap! They are cheap to begin with anyway. The store was easy to navigate and similar to all the other stores I've been in. Thankfully, everyone (both customers and staff) was wearing masks as required. The dressing rooms were open, which I was surprised to hear. The bathrooms were not open to the public. The socially distant line to checkout is long, but it moves fast. It's just a good spot to pick up some cheap sandals and summer dresses for me, plus I like their selection of toddler/boys clothes. The baby selection was really lacking, but I saw they have a special Old Navy children's store somewhere in the outlet, so maybe they just have more options there. Good experience over all.

J.Crew many years ago was my favorite store for women's clothing, especially for dresses, suits, jeans, cardigans, t-shirts, and swimsuits, but now I shop here just occasionally. The quality of the clothing is decent, and the prices are moderate. During my most recent visit, the store was having a sale. I found a sweater that I liked that was half-off and then something that I would consider buying.

This particular location is an outlet store in the Grove City Premium Outlets. For the past few years, Eddie Bauer has been one of my favorite stores for women's clothing. When I shopped in this store, I felt very happy to see that my favorite styles for t-shirts and hoodies were in stock and on sale. I chose a shirt that was 30% off, and when I got to the checkout counter, the cashier noticed that I had a $10 reward that I could also use. I greatly appreciate that she asked me about this reward. As a result, this shirt that was regularly priced at $50 cost me only $25.
