I bought the ginger cookie candle as a gift and it was perfect. There are other products like honey, dog treats, jewelry and decor. But this too far and not only affects me but others as well and I will not stand by and allow this to continue without speaking up. They have a history of not paying vendors for items sold in their store. They withhold market fees and commissions that they owe, alter reports to justify underpaying, and short vendors unless you meticulously track inventory and payouts. They over charge you rent from your vendor agreement and then proceed to move your place in the store from premium rent to the back of the store and still charge you the same amount. They ignore calls and texts from people they owe money to. Do not support this company or their MatchBox Candle Co. products sold in Colorado Springs, Denver, and beyond. I'm still owed money from January, February, March and April plus rent that they over charged me. My reports have been manipulated to fit their narrative and what they are "willing" to pay me. I won't be going away until I'm paid what I'm owed. If this has happened to you too, speak up. These people need to be held accountable.

We found this place while shopping and walking around Old Town Ft. Collins. We love candles so at…read morethe chance to make our own why not!!! The owner and the lady she was training were both incredibly nice!! We were the first customers of the day and it was the training person first day so we got to chat with them both. First you get to select the vessel which she has tons of options! Then you get to pick your scent. You can simply pick one like use or make a scent of your own! Then you learn how to do it, clean you vessel, pick out your dye and make a candle. The process was easy, fun and simple. Our candles turned out amazing and we have already burned them once we got home from vacation. You also get a drink while you are there which was a nice touch. We did do a little extra shopping. I am excited to try my wax melts. I must also say I admire this owner. This is not something I have seen before and is a fun experience for for date night, girls night out, friends date or what ever you want to make it. Not only that but she was offered the shop on Christmas said yes with out knowing what she was going to do! She has been open since Feb of 2024 and she is killing it. They have a great variety of vessels at decent prices for your candles as well as the scents and colors for your wax. They have a couple of cards around that show you what scents work together. A couple of gals in our group weren't huge fans of the smells they put together, so she let them re-do/re-mix, which was so appreciated. The only downside is that it's a bit small. Thankfully, we had a small group so we fit perfectly inside.
