We were immediately welcomed into the store when we walked in. One of the sales associates asked if I needed any help. I asked her if they offered Veteran discount and she replied yes. She informed me that if I wanted to purchase something from the sales floor, that she could retrieve the same item from the back room and that item would still be wrapped in original shipping packaging. There was a manager on site named Derick. He was very professional and friendly too! He showed us several items that we weren't aware of being on sale. My husband has Parkinsons Diesease and he was looking at some things that would be useful for him storing his cell phone and wallet in, making it more easier for him to access since his mobility is declining. Derick offered him suggestions. We chose a handbag and a mens crossbody bag. Our total was around $175. Derick checked us out, made sure I received my Veterans coupon, updated my phone number on my account and thanked us for coming in. My experience at this location was one of the best that I have EVER had. Everyone was knowledgeable. The sales associates were very well trained and didn't have to run to ask the manager for answers to my questions. They offered items, but weren't pushy sales people. So after trying on a few different ones at other stores, I decided that Under Armour had the best shorts. When I discovered that Under Armour had a store at the Tanger Outlets in Texas City, I decided to venture out there to see if I could stock up on some shorts. I'm very happy that I made the trip to the outlets. When I first walked in, the guy that worked there helped me find the shorts that I needed. Most of the apparel seems to be about 20% lower than retail pricing. That adds up when I'm trying to stock up on workout clothes. With one of the sales going on, I got an even bigger discount on a couple pairs of really nice running capris. I just wish they had more in my size. They didn't have many in XS. The clearance section has even more discounts. I was able to find 4 compression shorts in my size on the clearance rack and a cute tank top. When I went, they had 3 different clearance racks for women, one for long sleeve tops, one for short sleeve and sleeveless tops, and one for bottoms. They had some clearance racks for men, also, but I can't remember how many. Their fitting rooms are great! They're big with a long bench on the side and several hooks on the wall and big mirrors. You can check to see what coupons and sales they have going on at the Tanger Outlets website. Just go to the coupons section of the website and it's easy to find. I think they also have a coupon in the Tanger Outlets coupon book. I ended up not getting the book for $5 though, but I'm pretty sure Under Armour is in the book. My favorite part about shopping here was the bag they gave me for putting my new purchases in. The bag looks and functions like one of their drawstring sackpacks. This was very helpful because this was the first store I visited at the outlets. After shopping here, I could just wear the bag as a backpack instead of having to drop it off at my car or having to carry it in my hand to all of the other stores I visited. The bag also looks nice enough to use again. To the ladies: If you haven't tried the Under Armour pure stretch underwear, you need to try it! I picked up a couple of pairs of the cheeky underwear because they were on sale, and I love them! I went back to this store the next week just to buy more underwear. The package does not lie when it says you'll never wear regular underwear again. The package also says no VPL, and there are none! I wear them under compression shorts and compression capris and stare at my butt in the mirror, and I am amazed by how smooth it looks! I got a bunch of cheeky ones for working out, but I might need to get some of the thongs for going out. LOL This store is awesome! It's really big and is full of stuff. They have lots of different tops and bottoms for men and women. They had shoes in the back next to the fitting rooms. They also have clothes and accessories for girls and boys. They also have underwear and socks and other accessories. The employees are all very nice. I can't wait to go again!

Poor condition of the stock here, with apparent discounts over overinflated price tags that are delusional, making you think you're getting some sort of "bargain". The staff was snotty and rude, I had a 10% coupon that the saleswoman refused to take, saying that it wouldn't work there, not even trying to input it in the system. Narrow minded at best. Yet she was insisting in getting my personal information, email etc... when I told her I wasn't interested in signing up for newsletter of seemingly coupons they're not gonna honor anyway she was very rude, handing the bag without care putting it in a wrinkled gift bag that seemed reused. When I kindly asked her to give me another bag because this was a present, she huffed throwing the bag in another bag that although better than the other one, still looks cruised with the gift paper all wrinkled. Horrible experience... I was about to walk out of there without the bag, but I had had a long drive to get there already (with all the construction work happening around the outlets) that I just didn't want to completely waste my afternoon. When I left the dressing room, he was behind the desk. It just seems odd to have a man working in the women's dressing room area. I was upset over that, but then the manager, I assume she is the manager, reprimanded me for putting the clothes back on the rack. She said it was his job. She didn't just tell me once, but spoke loudly and said it again and called for him. She then took all the clothes out of my hands. I was going to buy those clothes, but since she took them, I just left. I am a 52-year-old woman. I didn't appreciate how I was treated today at all.
