We just stopped in looking for something to keep warm when we had visited the parade of lights downtown. They had stayed open late for all the locals out and about celebrating the festivities (smart!). The staff was very friendly and gave us a price quote on a poncho that had a hidden price tag. When we went to ring it up, we finally found the tag and the employee has misquoted us by ten dollars. She just smiled and said "I'll still give it to you for 39!". Very friendly and willing to please her customers. We mostly visited the front of the shop which seemed to be the "treasure" part of the store. Perhaps the antiques are more at the back end, I didn't really have too much time to look thoroughly. However, there were tons of goodies, trinkets and lots of eclectic gifts (drunk piglet wine holder anyone?) to survey. Definitely a place to take a gander!

I have been to, and have reviewed, many Ulta locations across several states over the years. I've…read morecome to expect a certain experience. Testers are often dried out or missing, items I want are usually out of stock, and the staff can be well. Let's say less than enthusiastic. The fragrance section is particularly a disappointment with empty testers, missing blotter strips, travel sprays in complete disarray and most of them out of stock. Because of this, I usually just order online to save myself the frustration. That said, Alta's coupons, promotions, and the point program are fantastic so I keep coming back. Recently they had a $10 off 50 deal for online orders with in-store pick up. Of course, the two items I wanted weren't both in stock at any of the four closest locations to me. After expanding my search, I found a store about 10 miles away that had both. So I decided to take a short drive and explore a new area. Walking into this, Ulta was a entirely different experience. I think I may have heard angels singing. The store was well lit, beautifully organized, and incredibly clean. The fragrance section was outstanding with multiple well designed displays, fully stacked testers for popular designer, fragrances, and travel sprays neatly secured behind a locked case, at all of them in stock! The makeup displays were pristine and fully stocked, too. Fully stocked, I say!! The staff was just as impressive, friendly, welcoming, and so efficient with my pick up. I grabbed my 21 L bottles of shampoo and conditioner, and realized I didn't want to leave. I stayed for an over an hour testing fragrances as I've wanted to try for years, but never could because other Ulta stores were such a mess. I also ended up buying a few. Even the lighting stood out, soft and flattering, not the harsh unforgiving brightness that makes foundation watching a nightmare. The store is thoughtful, and its layout, well maintained, and clearly managed with care. This is my first five star review of 2026 and it's well-deserved. This location has officially convinced me that it's worth taking the extra drive to shop in person again. Well done and thank you for reminding me how great the Ulta experience can be.

This Ulta is probably the worst one over been to ever…read more I use Bare Minerals makeup and this store had the saddest selection. All the testers were caked in dried foundation. THEN, if you managed to figure out your correct shade, they literally didn't have any in stock. The pressed powder in particular had ONE in stock. ONE! But it's not like it was just Bare Minerals, throughout the store, shelves were empty. So weird. Employees were ok. Not overly friendly or helpful. I'll go back to my local Ulta to get my makeup.
