Since it's been so long since I last attempted to sell anything to them, my rating only reflects the buying experience. First of all, the store is massive. Although the majority of their inventory is clothing they also have shoes, accessories, baby gear, and toys. Everything is pretty well organized making it easy to find exactly what you want. For example, clothes are grouped by size, color and type. And, for the most part the merchandise is in good condition. Occasionally I have come across a hole, tear or stain, so my advice is to to thoroughly inspect each item before checking out. Unfortunately there are no rock bottom prices to be found here (you'll have to go to Thrift Giant for that). In fact, most of the stuff isn't a whole lot cheaper than the new version, with the exception of some higher end brands here and there. I have actually found better prices on certain brands when they're on clearance at the original store. Another recurring theme in the reviews here is the rudeness of the employees. It makes me wonder if this place is fully staffed by ex-DPS workers! I guess I should consider myself lucky because I have miraculously somehow avoided their surliness. Maybe it has something to do with my earlier statement about not selling stuff to them anymore though.
