I only dealt with one girl and that was the one that rang me up. I came here because there was a big sale on hand soaps so I thought I'd stop by and do my Christmas shopping for my coworkers. I was told they were on sale for $3.25. When I went up to the register, the cashier asked if I wanted the other items in my basket and I said yes. It was an odd question. She gave me the total and I let her know I received an email for an extra 20% off. She said she couldn't use it because I already got a discount on the soap. I told her that the other BBW locations always let me use coupons and she said that they're not the other locations. So I just told her to forget it and left. Nowhere on the coupon does it say it cannot be added on items that are discounted. read more

Martha and Juan are rockstars! There was a small line and it was very hot outside. Juan let us know there would be a wait and offered us water bottles! I though this was a great gesture considering it was hot and downtown seems to always be hotter. We didn't have to wait that long but as soon as we walked in Martha greeted us and asked if we were looking for anything in particular. She wasn't pushy and had such a friendly demeanor. I'm obsessed with candles so I took advantage of the candles, and of course hand sanitzer. They are sanitizing between each guest and enforcing social distance. read more

I've been here a few times (when I'm in need of new lotions, soaps, etc.). However I'm basing this on my latest visit (yesterday). Walked in and was immediately greeted by Lindsey. She walked over and informed us about the candles being on sale for 12 bucks. She said if we need any help to let her know. I walked around and grabbed the mini lotions and mini body sprays they had in the front. they had a price of 6.50 for the lotion and 4.50 for the body spray. I walked over to Lindsey and asked her if they were on sale. She said they were 3 for 12.50 and I got excited. She then offers me a shopping bag. I grab a few more items and was ready for check out. I walked over to the front to pay for my items but there was NO ONE there. I go looking for Lindsey and ask her if there is anyone that can help me at the register and she says "I can ring you up". We walk over and there was a lady waiting there to pay (mine you she was NOT there earlier when I was trying to pay). Lindsey asked me if she can help them first. I wasn't trying to be rude but I told Lindsey I couldn't wait because I was on my lunch and needed to leave. Then.. she asked me to place my bag on the counter and still helps the lady before helping me. WTF. REALLY. To be fair there was NO ONE in line when I went to go ask for someone to ring me up. SO IF I HADNT STEPPED AWAY TO GO CALL A WORKER TO RING ME UP I WOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST PERSON STANDING THERE. Thank you Lindsey for making me late. They're helpful and attentive and so generous with the coupons, that the company gives out. :P They do get a bit hectic at times, but uber courteous. read more

Very helpful staff. Bright and clean location (I believe it's a new store). Parking at this new shopping center is not easy or convenient, but if you live in that part of town, a nice place to visit. There is validation for the parking garage behind the shopping center (which is a bit of a hike), but be sure you heed the signs. There are specific floors you have to park on to get the special discounted rates. Bit confusing. read more

Going to Bath and Body Works for me used to be a moment of relaxation, taking time for myself to pick out my favorite scents for my home. Today, my experience was far from serene. If you are looking for an easy going trip to the store with minimal stress, this is NOT the Bath and Body Works location for you. First, parking. This shopping center is completely unclear regarding where to park. It's in the large building behind the street view of the whole plaza, but for a first timer the ordeal is very confusing. Once you are instead and find parking be sure to bring your ticket, since you can validate. But don't get too excited because even if you are there for under and hour and get it validated, you'll still need to pay at least $1. The paying machine on your way back to the car is broken, so you'll have to pay the ticket on your way out. And no, they don't except cash. Getting out of the parking structure is a whole other ordeal, it backs up from the crowded city streets into the parking structure. Again, not the type of place to go if you're in a rush! Second, the store. Although the employees are very friendly, the wallflower display is a complete and frustrating mess. You have to wander around the entire store just to find all of the wallflowers because they are in several different spots, the corresponding candles that are supposed to be in front of each wallflower scent are not all present, therefore you must rummage through the entire store again just to find the corresponding candle, and the wallflower scents are scattered in different bins. So if you are trying to find Cinnamon Spiced Vanilla and only see two in it's labeled bin, look at all the other bins because it's likely that several will be mixed up in there. I understand that customers come in and make a mess of the organized wallflower bins, but I've been to several Bath and Body Works stores in the past several years and have never had this issue before. The store was signs up in several places that say you'll love it, 100% guarantee. I mean, it's not just one sign, there are SEVERAL signs. I wonder what we get for not loving the store's operation itself? Nothing, probably. read more

The girls here were so rude. Minus the girl with the black ponytail who was stocking and greeting. She was great. However the girl with the gawdy, ugly looking Betty Paige bangs, the girl with the blonde hair and the girl with the green and black hair were all rude and nasty. All I did was ask for my online order. Apparently the girl with the green hair and the one with the Betty Paige bangs didn't have time to help me with my order, but they had time to stand around doing nothing, talking to each other. The lack of help I had from this location was really disappointing. I understand that there were only two people, one as a cashier and another young lady stocking the items, but when I asked for help when there was clearly no one in line, she gave cold one word answers. The other girl was the same as well. It was mid afternoon during the weekday as well with maybe 3 other customers. Every other location I've been to has been attentive, so I'd stay far away from this one. read more

I took the subway to the location at Macy's Plaza in Los Angeles (750 W 7th Street) on my lunch break to take advantage of a promotional coupon. When I arrived I asked the nearest sales associate for clarification as I didn't have my glasses with me and the coupon details were in fine print. She said that if I spent $10 I could get an item for up to $13 for free. I asked her specifically "Any item?" and she confirmed any item. I was looking for a gift for Boss's Day and after searching for approximately 10 minutes, I found a lovely gift set in the back of the store. However, the only fragrances in the set were Cherry Blossom and Paris Amour. Both seemed too perfumey for a Boss's Day gift so I approached a sales associate by the name of Irma to ask if they had the set in any other scents. She said "No, we only have what's up front here" and pointed to a set in Twilight Woods. I said that there were other scents in the back where I found the one I was holding. She said "Oh sorry, then that's all we have." She was not helping anyone else so I'm not sure why she didn't attempt to assist me further but I shrugged it off and searched on my own. Low and behold- I was able to find two more sets in Warm Vanilla and Cashmere in other locations in the store! Now I was becoming frustrated because my time was running out. While I was at the Cashmere stand I found a beautiful bejeweled pump in gold rhinestones and asked another sales associate if they had them in any other colors. She told me they did not. Yet after walking to another stand, I found one with clear rhinestones. Wow. I took my items up to pay and was met by another associate who said that I could not use my coupon to purchase the gift set. I explained to her what had happened with the first sales associate I spoke too and that I had wasted my entire lunch hour with nothing to show for it. I asked to speak to the manager and I was met with Irma- the woman who had brushed me off earlier!! I explained the situation to Irma and she had no reaction or response. I asked her for the number to her regional manager because I felt like I was not being heard at this point. She said that I could call the comments number on the receipt. I said that I'd prefer to speak to someone more directly because I felt like I'd already been given the run around. She said that she could give me the number but she was in transition and that the district manager was off so it wouldn't do me any good. I said that I would like to try anyway and politely asked for the number again. Now she tells me she doesn't have the number but they usually call the 1-800 number. I said, "So if you have an emergency in the store right now and need to reach your supervisor, you call the 1-800 number?" She said yes. I found this impossible to believe and I told her so. Irma then said that she would go to the office and look for a number for me so I agree to wait. After five minutes she did not return and I had to get back to work. It was then that I was approached by a sales associate by the name of Vanessa who was the first to apologize for the poor customer service. She was very sincere and she said to me that she knew I shopped there and she would hate to lose a customer because of this experience. She said that there had been some transitions within this location and thought that maybe Irma had been confused. She said her manager was new but I'm not sure if she was referring to Irma or someone else. She tried her best to make the situation right and for that, she should be commended. Vanessa offered to go back and look for the number herself but was sent back out by Irma and told to give me the 1-800 number. Irma never returned herseld. I am completely appalled by the lack of professionalism, customer service and general store knowledge this manager displayed. read more

AMAZING customer service and workers. People who actually look like they "enjoy their job" or are very good at pretending :P I've always had an amazing experience here. Although I always walk out wondering if I needed everything I just bought. The ladies here know how to sell their stuff and they are absolutely not trying to jip you. My friend and I combined our stuff together and it ended up coming out to $40 bucks and she entered the extra $10 off coupon for me. (I wish I remembered to get her name) Love how convenient this Bath & Body Works is. I usually come here after going to Target to pick up handsoaps, body wash, or the air fresheners here. You can ask for validation for parking. I believe its $1 for 1 hour and $2.50 for 2 hours. read more

Every time I come in here I never go where to start and am always overwhelmed. This location had more than enough of plenty employees always ensuring that I was assisted. I had someone help me out with candles! I didn't now what I wanted but I did know what I didn't want. I was giving a gift and she helped me until I was happy with my choice. I asked for an extra paper bag for the purchased i made, since its heavy and will be taking a public transportation. I've been a huge fan of bath and Body for a long time ! I took my family today (they are visiting me) and we were all excited, I Have been at this location several times and it is exceptional.But my experience today was the worst with Arazely! What a rude and entitled girl. Worst costumer service i've ever had in my life . She seem to annoyed and mad of being working today. My mom was Next to her during check out and Arazely asked her to move, literally, thats when my mom decided to leave the store. When I asked for the manager she laugh And told me her attitude was "great" and that I was more than welcome to leave . I had to call the manager myself and when he came to me she started arguing with me and making sassy faces, eye roll included. Mario the manager was great, Derrius (maybe I miss-spelled his name) was also amazing, patient and attentive. Those are my 2 stars. I Love the Semi Annual Sales that they have every 6 months!! During this time, I can buy my favorite lotions, body gels, and Antibac Hand Soaps. It's great! It's great that bath and body works now periodically have sales besides the semi annual sales; they have $3 body lotions, $4 body creams, $2.50 Antibac Hand Soaps,etc... Lety in particular kept refusing to help us even though Paola's credit card scanner at the front of the store wasn't working. Paola was nice and trying her best to be helpful but Lety wouldn't even try to help her out when Paola asked her to ring us up instead since her scanner was working just fine. She kept brushing both Paola and us off and saying she "can help the next customer". Is that any way to treat your coworker??? And bitch, we were the next customer. We waited until finally Lety reluctantly tried to take over and the scanner declined the card. So we left. I have other cards we could have tried, but no thanks for wasting our time, Lety. This review is for the sales rep that was rude when I asked him, when is the candle sale. He rudely told me that they don't have one, but then he went on to say that they do, but they only sell outdated products. I get it, it seems to be a mystery every year but you don't have to be a jerk or lie about it. Plus, I shopped without coupons anyway.
