    Came in here on Friday at around 5 pm and bought some products for my partner that he absolutely fell in love with. The lady that helped me was so sweet and patient with me, showed me a bunch of different products and was really helpful. I had a great shopping experience here.. much better than the Arcadia location. We will be returning together to see what else we can try.

    I am very satisfied with this shop experience. The asian staff knows exactly what I want. She is friendly and patient & detail explains and show me their products. Her knowledge about L'occitane products is really rich. Visited on a weekday evening time. Recommend anyone who is searching for skin care products

    I went in here over the weekend because my wife can't turn down a "quick" look in any and all beauty soap lotion whatever kinda shop. So we went in here to check out the various items for her various needs. Sometimes it's oily skin sometimes its dry skin same goes for oily hair and dry scalp. Personally I think it's just a reason to go shopping. But whatever. They got tons of different oils, creams, shaving stuff, shampoos, etc. She ended up not getting anything here. the reason being she/we had already got some stuff at Lush so she was kinda looking at items to purchase after giving the Lush stuff a try. Personally I wonder if head and shoulders and Noxzema from rite aid would do the same thing, then again I'm a guy and also cheap. What was cool is there were testers of everything and the lady was helpful in suggesting items for my wife. If your a girl or metrosexual give it a shot.

    The store front is there but it's all cleared out. I don't know it it's closed or they're renovating. But it's dark and empty.

    Nine months ago, I had an excellent review. Today is a different story. Last Friday I bought my…read morehair color that I've been purchasing from them 7-00and 8-00. The next morning I colored my hair for an event and when I opened the box for 7-00, it was half a tube of 6-00.Easy mistake. They have a hair salon next-door could've happened. I can see how it can happen. Not a big deal. What is a big deal is how Michelle, the buyer/manager treated me. When I first called her up, I asked to speak to the manager and she said the manager was not in and that she's the buyer she could help me. I told her the story, she said, you cannot return used hair color. I said, it's not a color I used. It's an incorrect color in the tube that I purchased. She said bring it in. I'll match the number with my inventory number and if it's there, I'll take care of you. I was a little frustrated and annoyed at that but I'm like OK. I couldn't go in until Tuesday. And she was not in. The person behind the counter (very nice ) took a picture of the product and my receipt and said she was sending the picture right then and a message. So I left. ***note*** it was at this time that I asked the person behind the counter if Michelle, was the buyer and the manager, and she said yes. *** I come back the next day, Thursday. So I call before heading in. Once again, I asked to speak to the manager and she wants to know who's calling. So, I asked to speak to the buyer, and she's ready to talk. Then, I tell her I'm the one who her associate sent the hair color box and my receipt. And it's frustrating because she acts like she has zero idea what this is about but then immediately says it did not match my inventory number. So that upset me. And I tell her, " that's not true" and she says well you only bought 800. And I said no, if you look at my receipt, it shows I bought two colors!! Now,I'm very frustrated because the finger is being pointed at me and I'm the customer!! I have been calling now three times to resolve this issue. And in her tone, she says how she's not trying to give me a hard time, and I said it seems like you are. And then she says come into the store. We're open from whatever to whatever and hangs up. I get to the store and she is there. I say are you Michelle the buyer, and she says yes. I said I'm the one who's trying to return the color. And she acts like she has no idea, again, about what I'm talking about. So, one more time I have to tell her the entire story. And she knows it. I know she knows. She's not dumb. She is the manager and the buyer. She's capable. She's just playing some kind of terrible game with a customer who's trying to resolve a $13 issue. And that is how I feel. And this is why I won't be returning to the store again and why I had her remove my points that I had and the ability to earn points. I deleted the app. I will never go to the store again because of her, Michelle, the manager, that she does not want to admit that she is. And the buyer She could not have been more rude to me if she tried! Her whole tone, her demeanor, her handling of the products, her body language, her look at me. It was just not a good thing to happen for a $13 product. Of which I had the box and the receipt for. And I brought in the other box that I purchased. And before I left, I raised my voice and I said you are so rude. You're not a nice person and she said I'm sorry, I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry she kept saying that. I'm like you're not sorry, you could've handled this differently. You're rude. Your customer service is terrible. the whole time she kept saying, I'm sorry. And I left. As I was walking out, she yells FORGIVE AND FORGET. And I replied, I will forgive, but I'm never gonna forget. And sadly, I won't. And I liked the store. They had great product. There is another lady that was there, that was always very nice. But if a little mistake happens, their buyer/ manager is not the person to resolve that issue. She is horrible. I cannot say that enough.

    My friend and I had an amazingly special time here creating our own perfumes in this lovely shop…read morewhere they are curating your own scents! They take down information on your preferred scents - things you like, don't like (ie floral, tropical, woodsy, spicy etc) and will come up with "mystery" ingredients for you to smell. What's amazing is when you discover things that you didn't think you liked blending so well with new ingredients (a surprise for me was pink peppercorn and blueberry!). Interestingly you learn whether your skin is absorptive basal or acidic as certain ingredients will smell differently on your skin once applied. They suggest you also dab versus rub into your skin and also go outside to see if the scent changes in the air a few minutes in. I found that my skin was absorptive which actually impacted the amounts of ingredients that they put in my unique scent. Also they will keep your formula on file so if you want to reorder or even get a lotion or a candle, you can contact them directly. This was a blast of an afternoon and I loved it! Would definitely do this again!

Kleanspa is also here and my guy and I both got custom scents made, which we were both so proud of. Karen, who made our scents, is incredibly knowledgeable on mixing fragrances, she was great! We were blown away at how kind and amazing Jennifer and Karen were. They became our friends before we left. If you are looking for a place to shop for gifts, this is the place. It's an absolute gem!!

    I recently visited the Sephora store in Pasadena on Colorado Boulevard, a store I've shopped at for…read moremany years. During my visit, I had an unfortunate experience with a makeup artist whom I believe was named Kai. My companion and I were simply using a mirror near her makeup station when she approached us and abruptly told us not to touch anything. Rather than politely explaining that the area had been sanitized for the next customer and asking us to use a different mirror, her approach felt unnecessarily confrontational. What made the interaction even more uncomfortable was that she then returned and covered the entire station with cloths, which made us feel as though we had done something wrong or were somehow unwelcome. I later spoke with the manager, Taylor, hoping to discuss the situation. Unfortunately, I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously, and the conversation was not particularly helpful. The manager also would not confirm the employee's name, making it difficult to provide accurate feedback. I understand that the store was extremely busy, and I appreciate the challenges that come with managing a high-volume retail environment. However, customer service and professionalism should never be compromised. After years of being a loyal Sephora customer, this experience left me disappointed and reconsidering where I choose to shop. Going forward, I will likely be taking my business to Ulta instead. I hope Sephora uses this feedback as an opportunity to reinforce the importance of courteous communication and customer care.
