I order 7 items on 12/18 to be picked up at the store. I received an email saying because of the holiday rush there maybe a time delay so wait for the email. That's understandable. Today 12/20 I received an email saying the order was ready to pick up. Then I received an email saying the items were cancelled because I didn't pick them up. Came back out to my old stomping grounds to pick up some halloween themed soaps after getting 14 emails promoting $2.99 soap deal (lol) Was bummed to arrive and find they only had two out of three which clearly was not what the availability says on the site during check out. I love them all especially the foaming Wicked Apple with the graphic (in the kitchen) because the bright green apple scent is noticeable and The "goulfriend" is a clear liquid soap with a slightly sweet berry scent. This is an inside-the-mall location and it's just as inviting and jam-packed with colorful items and sample testers as every other BaBW I've ever seen and yes I appreciate the frequent email reminders because the only time I indulge on these lotions and potions is when they are $2.99 or less! Lol, I really hope they stop price gouging my favorites though cuz that is so unfair! (E.g. Warm Vanilla sugar shea, tahiti island dream to name a few ). I'm not a huge "fragrance" obsessed type but after I discovered their shea creams I got on the BABW bandwagon. read more

My favorites are the Rose water and Sweater weather. I can always find the rose water but it seems they never make enough of the sweater weather. It is always gone way to fast. I lover the white barn products but I think it is all over priced. The store is always very busy and there is so much product out it is hard to get around. I do get it though, they have a lot of people buying so products go fast. The store is always clean and I like that they have hand washing stations so you can try the soaps. read more

I went into this location today. I haven't been inside of this mall in years ( which has gone downhill fyi). Decided to stop inside a Bath & Body Works since they were having a sale. I get home and realize that I was charged twice for a lotion. Came back into the store and they were dry and uninterested in helping me find something else to make it a even exchange. Not sure where to began... I buy here all the time. I probably spend over 1000 here yearly, no kidding. I love candles, lotions and body wash. I recently bought a car freshner. I use them all the time no big deal; afforadable and well after all it is bath and body works, my car is going to smell amazing!!!! Yes, indeed it smelled amazing. That is until a few days ago when the refillable burst. I was really freaking out and had no idea what to do. I was scared, the liquid burst and seeped behind my ac buttons. My ac would not turn on, due to it going crazy thinking all buttons were being pressed with this fragrance seeping behind it and drying it out. I called the mesquite bath and body works I spoke to Christie and she called me "crazy". I was very offended as my entire life I have been made fun of for my mental health issues. Needless to say, she was no help. I am still waiting on a returned call from corporate. This COMPANY obviously hires people that are oblivious that mental health is an actual issue in today's society. I will never shop here again. I prefer my car to smell like dirty socks. This place is completely horrible. They'll have ONE cashier & 5 or 6 other employees standing around most of them talking to each other and this on the WEEKEND! Ridiculous. I'm never returning to this location, I'd rather drive further to north park than deal with the mess at town east. Shouldn't take me 30-45 mins to get thru a line with that many workers. read more
