Let me just start off by saying we absolutely loves this store and their products! So we keep returning and returning...I buy products both online and in the store. I love their sales, and I cycle my purchases when they release their sales. The sales are frequent when you subscribe to their emailing list online. The customer service is excellent! For example, I was in this location on 5/19, and I just missed a certain sale that slashed the price by 50% on some products I wanted. I took up a random adventure and gave this Bath and Body Works store a visit. It was very neat and tidy when I stepped foot in it, the products on display with their amazing sales prices were very enticing! I was greeted by an employee, Brianna, who was eager to help me in making my choices and offered me insight for current sales and deals. Their COVID-19 safety protocol is great and made my shopping experience worth it. Brianna provided me the use of one of their hand sanitizers upon arrival, and continued to show me body spray samples through sample cards. She gave me recommendations and didn't leave me hanging throughout my experience. Great store and great employees, the money you spend on these valuable products is worth it! read more

So I was at my local Bath & Body Works on the day before Mother's Day... not because I didn't get her a gift... nope but because I was hanging out with a friend at the mall and she wanted to do some shopping for a different friends mom. The store was chaos, but controlled chaos. A nice employee helped my friend buy the things she was looking for. We got in line and then paid for the items. While I was there I was thinking about looking thru it's selection of candles and aromatherapy but it was a bit too chaotic for me and I don't like it when there are too many people in one place. This is my go-to bath and body works, it's close to my home and when I need a quick last minute gift this is my go-to. The store is always clean and in order. The staff is always willingly to help you. Over the years, this store has grown! They also have a white barn here! (Which is awesome!) the candles from white barn are hands down the best and worth the price! Typically this store has sales, you just have to keep a look out. But if you sign up for the emails they will constantly send you coupons. (Definitely recommend signing up online or in-store) Parking is not a issue, the mall is pretty big and has parking spaces all over. This store is centrally located, so you can't miss it. read more

This is my favorite brand for body care and hand-soaps, the smells are amazing and the quality as well, and love the fact that products are not tested on animals (and that is a plus for me). They usually have really nice and friendly staff, that day they weren't as friendly as in other stores, but maybe it was the area (who knows), I still enjoyed my purchase a lot because we were out of hand soaps and they had them in an amazing price. read more

Made a quick stop today at bbw, I had the best sales associate "Vanessa" she was super nice and wonderful, she approached when I was shopping and asked to help me and made a point to direct me to the new scents ( which I fell in love with) amazing... I made a hefty purchase and made it a point to thank her when I left, she was incredible... i also have to give a shout out to the cashier ,, ( did not get her name) she was a sweet heart, I've had her run my purchases before and she is very nice and has a smile and demeanor that is just fantastic, it's a small bbw... but Is perfect for what i need.! read more

The manager, Geany, is always unpleasant and unwilling to assist. However, the other manager by the name of Kert came in and saved the day. He is always so helpful and pleasant. AND!!!
