I came to Bath and Body Works around the time of Black Friday... I came here because I am really into aromatherapy and I was going thru a very tough and very stressful period in my life. I found some great candles that smelled like chocolate and baked goods (those are my favorite scents) I also found some body washes in their aromatherapy area that really helped me out. Only problem I had with this place was the line was crazy long... note sure if this was because it was Black Friday or because it is normal for here. Anyway sorry for the late review just had a lot of things to deal with... and little help. read more

Great to stock up on bath products! It is a mad house. People think they are running out of products!! It is almost 7 and the sales people have had to restock 3 times an hour!! This is the best Bath and Body Works I have ever been to! The manager, Stephanie, is amazing! She always asks about my dog, and remembers my name. Zoila and Natalie are also very helpful. If I have a spray that is stuck, they patiently offer to switch my bottle, and are very apologetic and friendly during the process. They all show me the new scents when I arrive, and none of them stop until their customers are satisfied. I love my experience here- not only because of the great products, but because the people that work here are priceless! read more

I love that you can put a few things together and create your own baskets to give for holidays or pickup something just for yourself, and it won't bust your budget. Walked in to use a coupon I received in the mail. Wales right in and didn't have an issue locating what I was looking for (not that any of the employees offered to help). The store was organized compared to other times I've been in this bath & body works. I shop here mainly for hand sanitizer, car fresheners, and 3-wick candles. Other than that I don't really come here often. They have a lot of new scents for candles which smell delicious. I walked out with "a beautiful day" hand sanitizer and car scent! This is a pretty big store. This week they had their semi-annual sale and it was packed! They had boxes everywhere with products marked down from half off to 75% off. I stocked up on a bunch of the antibactierial hand soaps and shampoo and conditioners as they were only $3. The staff at this particular location was very friendly, save one lady (I guess she wasn't having a good day). They were very polite and helpful when asked questions. I had never been to this location before and was pleasantly surprised. This is one of their best locations I have to say. read more

i love me some bath and body works.. have loved it in since it was inside limited/express in the early 90s. this particular store is really big, really clean, and really neat!! there are several employees who are very helpful in finding good deals and additional scents (although they can sometimes be pushy when trying to sell the new fragrance) which last night i didnt mind bc i really liked the new twilight woods scent, i even bought the perfume. i decided to buy the game prizes for the upcoming bridal shower here. its great bc you can get gift sets or create your own from 10-25 depending on size and amount of items. and who cant use a new bath gel, hand soap, or body splash. i love the wallflowers and am constantly stocking up when they go on sale buy one get one free. my fave scents are black amethyst, sensual amber, coconut verbena, and enchanted orchid. but the winterberry and christmas tree are awesome for the holidays!! the new scentbug look pretty cool and knowing me i will be buying one before the year is over. b&b works is always, and i mean always, giving out coupons. every time you shop you get one for your next visit, they mail them like every other week, and i get email special offers almost daily. but hey it works, thats what keeps me coming back!! read more

Went to buy a couple of gifts for Mother's Day and to stock up on my "obsession scent" Sensual Amber. I was approached by a man (no offense but if you don't know fragrance, find another type of job). Luckily the man directed me to Gabby a well informed employee. Gabby told me they no longer carry Sensual Amber and that soon I'll need to divorce myself from that scent (I almost had tears coming from my eyes). Gabby did direct me to something similar and "Boom" scored a sale. FYI Gabby did say I might be able to get Sensual Amber online!! read more
