I am so happy that this location in Dadeland is still open because I needed a Lush fix. Unfortunately for me, the Aventura and Miami Beach locations are no longer open so it was either Dadeland or Boca. Everything smells so good but keep in mind that it may make some things smell differently like I experienced. I had to walk outside for a quick change and when I came back in, it made a difference. I bough a small Sticky Dates and Rose Jam to try something new and even got a few samples of body scrubs. The staff was so helpful and kind when I was trying to make a decision on what I wanted. Just wanted to say this is my favorite Lush store to go to. The employees are just helpful enough that I can ask a question readily but not sitting on top of me as I walk around the store. Last year during the Boxing Day sale the employees were really sweet and helpful as I came in around 4pm desperate to get some of the Christmas tins and the associates helped me scoop up all my favorites and they even threw in 4 freebies for me to try out! Came in to check out their once a year bogo! Wow, there was some great deals! Was helped right away by Quinntin, who was an amazing sales person full of knowledge and extremely customer friendly. After trying almost everything that was on bogo, I bought snow fairy. It is so soft after use and smells delicious. I also bought Christmas buff ! Pricey but worth it! I admit I have been a Lush fan even before they have any shop in Miami, and I would fill my luggage with the wonderful smelling goods when I traveled. It started years back when I read in the newsletter that they stopped buying their eggs from a supplier who mistreat their hens. Now, tell me, how many grocery stores or restaurants or food manufacturer does that, let alone a body care shop? They are also big on environmental preservation, fair trade, and all that. They put lots of nice stuff into their products, flower absolutes, fresh fruits and vegetables, so they smell totally divine. Be warned though, their products are not 100% natural. They do use parabens and FD&C colors in some of their products. And be warned too that their stuff are not cheap at all! Entering a Lush store is always a lovely experience. Their products are colorful like a box of crayon, and the fragrance fills the air. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and often will offer to let you try some of their products. Some of my favorite products: Buffy: rub this body butter on yourself and feel how amazingly soft and smooth your skin is. Your guy won't be able to keep his hands off you! Sexy Peel: refreshing, lemon flavored soap. Godiva: solid shampoo, no plastic bottle, no preservative. Divine jasmine smell. Masks: their mask is made fresh and needs refrigeration. You can feel your skin saying ahhhh as you smooth the mask on. This is my favorite store of all time. I love it and I am so obsessed. I used to be big on bath and body works until my aunt began getting these funky allergies from all of their products. So I started looking at other bath products and discovered LUSH!!! The store smells great and is always clean. Has a nice feel to it especially the packaging. I love the white and black packaging. It is also recyclable and do not completely quote me I believe if you return 6 empty containers marked with the recycle sign you get a free mask. When you come into the store someone usually is there to greet you and ask if you are interested in anything. They are always willing to demonstrate how all of their products work and what the purpose of them are. They have multiple gift boxes and boxes in general that you can purchase to give to a friend or even buy for yourself to test out new products. Everything is said to be all natural. I HONESTLY do not know how true this is but so far I have had no reaction to any of their products. Like all products I have favorites and some that I believe do not work as well. I will identify my favorites... RnB- hair product ( I love the smell) Gorgeous - Best skin moisturizer I have ever tried. Despite its hefty price tag it is worth it Rosejam bubble bar- I love the smell of roses...literally Mask of Magnamity - leaves your skin soft and smooth. works great for breakouts in my opinion The coffee mask (I forgot what it is called) it smells and looks like coffee I love it. Alex is a sweetheart. She was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. She even asked me if I had any food allergies...amazing service. The store is beautiful and smells lovely as soon as you walk in. It is super packed with products but you can take a catalog home to look over everything with time and then come back and sample all the things that sparked your interest. It's all artisan-made using natural ingredients and never tested on animals. If you are buying for someone, I'd suggest a gift card so they can pick it out themselves, ensuring they aren't allergic to any of the ingredients. (ie eggs, pineapple, kiwi, etc.) read more

Fantastic! This store was really impressive. My wife and daughter are HUGE fans of the company and their products. I have been won over because of their shampoos. Im the kind of guy that didn't pay much attention to this sort of thing (yes I may have washed my hair with a regular bar of soap occasionally) until my wife had me use one of their bar shampoos (so yeah it wasn't a bis stretch for me to try). What a difference, just one swipe of the bar and I had tons of shampoo. When you look at how long these products last I can say they meet my value test as one shampoo bar will last as long (and often longer) than spending the same amount on bottle shampoos. Value aside the quality and ingredients of the products are as good as it gets. The family uses so many different items from Lush I have lost count. I know that my wife loves the lotions and her & my daughter both use the face cleansers and masks regularly. What makes going to the store so worth it is first you have the most amazing people that work there. They are extremely friendly and positive not to mention knowledgable about the products. The second reason to go to the store is for the tactile, my family can smell the products and feel them applied to the skin. Don't worry, for current health reasons they use little sample sticks to keep you safe. Speaking of current conditions they take things very seriously (and kindly) at this store. You are greeted at the door and given the option to place your order carry out style without having to enter. If you do choose to go in they make sure customers are properly wearing masks, offer hand sanitizer before you enter, and seem to limit the number of people in the store. I love that the products are cruelty-free, I love that they're made with ingredients found in nature, and I feel so pampered every time I come in. You have other reviews on Google about the manager being disrespectful to customers and here goes another one. I have never been so disrespected and disappointed as a customer. Your manager is aggressive and just plain mean to customers. It looks like she really doesn't want to even work there. After being rude to me, I asked her for her name and position and she said she didn't have to give me that info. I turned to her employee and her employee said the same. No one was wearing a name tag and they were out of uniform. The manager has gauged ears, dark hair with caramel tips and a tattoo on her hand. She didn't want to admit her position but I'm assuming that she's the manager due to her "I can do whatever I want attitude". This was my first time at this location and I have to say, I have never had customer service that amazing before! Everybody on the staff greeted me and one gentleman (I cannot remember his name!) have me wonderful one on one personal attention. I was able to try any product I wanted to and if I had any questions, the staff was able to answer it. They knew what they were talking about and I could tell they really cared about what they were doing. This place is pricey, but it is worth it! I was here the other day. My second time in a month to replenish my supply of Ro's and Turkish Delight. I typically go to the Aventura location, but since it's under remodel, this is the next closest one. Monica wasn't just a sales associate. She was more like an advisor. I was torn between my usual Ro's and African Paradise. She suggested that I go with the latter since it has aloe and we're in the thick of summer. I take my two purchases to the counter and as I'm waiting for an associate to walk over, I pick up one of the body bars and less than a few seconds later, Monica is there to demonstrate. I decline to get it then and head back to the register. She then asks what I'm using for hair care. Let me know about the Jason and the Argan Oil shampoo bar. Explained how many uses I would get out of it. I left with my purchases and ate lunch. Still sniffing my arm and noticing how soft it was. I ended up going back for the Pearl Bar. I love it! If she is not a corporate trainer she definitely should be. read more
