I felt insulted, humiliated and angry. Please don't shop there if you don't want to get insulted and humiliated.

The ONE thing I love, of course, is the fact that you can redeem your Optimum points, and because some of the products here range $200-$300, it would be great to save up all your points and splurge here. For instance, you could get Angie the booklight. Angie happens to be a purple anglerfish that allows you to read in darker areas. I also liked a bacon mousepad. It was adorable! There were beauty products, such as eyeshadow, hairbands, and facial masks. The prices were pretty good considering the assortment of shades that you got in the former. The selection of hairbands was limited. The facial mask varieties were excellent. This store had a lot of plushies. You can get boba ones in a variety of colours. They were cute and sweet. It also had the cutest PopSockets. The characters on them were rather large, so it may not appeal to everyone. I ended up getting a purple boba tumbler that was heavily discounted. The fact that it had a diamond-cut lid and was purple drew me in to buying it. The price was also right. I had a friendly woman at the checkout. She advised that sale items were final, so exchanges or refunds weren't allowed. I understood this policy, as I had checked that my tumbler was in good shape before I committed to buying it. This store carries prepackaged products and also has a refill station where you purchase as much as you require. Either bring in your own container or put down a returnable deposit for jar refills. Some of the products that they sell include hair and body soap bars, natural loofahs, body butters and oils, toothpaste, bamboo toothbrushes, essential oils, laundry detergent, soap nuts, dryer balls, reusable sandwich and storage bags, lunch boxes, block dish soap, dish brushes, straws (stainless steel, silicone, glass and bamboo), mason jar accessories (lids, soap pumps, tea infusers), and makeup remover pads. The employee working there was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions and provide suggestions. Near the front of the store there's 3 bins/boxes for recycling. The larger one is for dropping off clean plastic takeout containers (with the number 5 on the bottom). These containers are reused and taken to a recycler accepting black plastic when they are no longer of any use. There isn't a parking lot but there is some street parking in front of the store.
