The most adorable gift shop! They have great candles, decorative items, serving pieces, precious baby gifts and so much more. If you are in the need of a gift, whether you plan ahead or wait until the last minute, they are the place to go. They will even wrap the gift(s) for you. The only downfall to this shop is the layout. They have a lot of great inventory, but it is hard to move around in there. read more

My wife really liked the selection that they had. Tons of stuff on display, a good variety of sizes in the clothing, a little bit of jewelry and some gift type stuff that you could get for bday, wedding shower even some football related stuff (Roll Tide!). Staff was friendly and they had several people in and out while we were there. Guessing that stock rotates quite a bit with the number of people coming in here. All in all this was a great spot to check out and we'd recommend. I'd give a deduct of one star for price, I think some items were a little on the high side - but you should for sure check them out for yourself!

From the moment I ordered, I needed to get in contact with the store in order to amend, increase, and adjust details to the order; each time the staff picked up the phone instantly, helped me with my request, provided me all the answers to any questions I asked, and was always extremely friendly despite running a busy environment. I am on the phone all day, and calling Embellish and speaking with someone and receiving help, was without a doubt the easiest thing to do. I had the pleasure of speaking to Kat multiple times, and the customer service was fantastic. She got back to me with amended designs from the portfolio, and drew up a template for me to preview. Shipping was quick and easy, and the service was faster than many large companies I order from. I would highly recommend this business to others, and appreciate the client engagement that is often hard to come by.

i ordered an arrangement for my boyfriend's birthday. i placed the delivery online, and it was…read moremeant to be a surprise so i had it delivered to our apartment while we were both at work so it would already be there when we got off, so i called the store to ask for it be be left with our roommate, they answered the phone pretty quickly & passed that info along to the driver. it arrived within the expected delivery time & date. it wasn't as appealing as it looked in the online photos, the arrangement was shorter than pictured and the cupcakes were melty looking, but my boyfriend loved it & said the cupcakes were super delicious. i also tried a few bites of the cupcakes and they were actually pretty yummy. however, for the aesthetic appeal, i don't think they lived up to their $145 price; was cute, but not $145 cute. but other than that, everything went smoothly & they were delicious so it wasn't all too bad but i'd definitely consider choosing a home/independent baker next time for more professional looking desserts.

Now fast forward to the day of delivery! They called that morning to say that it was something they didn't have! Ok I can deal with that, but the delivery was late to the business inquired. They had close for the day at 4:30! So there goes the experience that was supposed to be had!!! My daughter had to drive back to her job to receive her surprise that was no longer a surprise. The flowers look so cheap and shabby! I paid extra for vase, and they were wrapped in plastic! My experience was horrible. And ALL KNOW THEY ARE NOT CHEAP TO ORDER!!!
