Their crystals are very overpriced, and the staff weren't able to say where they are sourced from and labeled some of them incorrectly. As much as I like to support small businesses, I think it's important to support ethical and fair ones too. Their name/online presence suggests that they take concepts like crystal healing or mediation seriously, but the execution was subpar. When asking clarifying questions, one of the cashiers waved me off and walked off into the back area without saying anything for the duration of my visit. I highly suggest only stocking items that staff are educated about, as well as being more open to customer questions in the future.
