The parking lot is horrible. There's never really any place to park and people just genuinely walk aimlessly around the parking lot where people are supposed to be driving. I would say that this target is a rather busy location. It does have the Starbucks in the inside with the standard target layout.. Customer service is 50-50 depending on which team member you're able to ask for help with depend on the type of help you get. Shopping on a Sunday they had one cash register, and then self check out open. The line was all the way back to the food, which is really long for this location. Went shopping for a specific book that they say is in stock and they have a few copies. It allowed me to order it for pick up, but could not find it in store. I did ask for help, but nobody was able to help me there was nobody in that section and I kept getting the runaround The store overall is not neat and organized. Stuff is just laying everywhere and it could be because it is the holiday season, but they seem to be short staffed as well. read more

I love coming to Target to just walk around and browse. Mostly the book section, records, legos, home decor, sometimes clothes... the past few times my husband and I have purposely avoided the electronics section where 90% of what I go in there for is located. Recently they've seemed to have an AT&T vendor there hounding customers who even come close to them. Last weekend we stopped by to pick up one item and I was like; well I'm here so let's just walk through. We spotted them before they even noticed us when we rounded the corner so we decided to turn down a Lego isle to hopefully avoid them. Nope. The lady chased us down the aisle asking us what our phone carrier is to which my husband replied "we're all set thank you" and she answered with "all set with what?" and he replied "you" then proceeded to try and ask more questions about how much we pay for services. The whole interaction was uncomfortable and we know she saw us try and avoid them originally which made us even more upset. With this, we reached out to Target customer service to address our concerns because of how uncomfortable we felt and that it forced us to leave right after. Welp, it gets even worse... "Someone" reached out via email after my husband filled out a satisfaction email attached to our receipt. Come to find out, the whole interaction was lead by AI which means we'll just assume our concerns will never be heard. We're just overall annoyed with this whole experience when in the past I've chosen Target over another major retailer for groceries and random browsing but I will not if that continues. I'm giving 2 stars because I have attended midnight/ early morning releases for Taylor merch and books and it seems like they've gotten the process down. There was no fighting, and as long as you showed up a few hours early, your spot in line was held in the order of appearance with a text message. read more

Great place. I find Disney Pixar Cars Diecasts there or TMNT figures a good hunt every now and then. It's sad how the DVDs are kinda gone

Target is looked to be a step above the other big blue box store, but this location here needs improvement. With all the seniors, you would expect more working carts for handicap. Twice we've had to leave because there were no riding carts. Just today they were all out and one sitting on side not working. read more

I would leave less than 1 if I could! What is happened to our Target?? They are just as awe full as Walmart now if you need to get in and out forget it!! They have hardly any lines open it's all self check out! I have been several different times and the lines are backed up!!! Bad move Target bad move!!! read more

Warning! If you received baby diapers from someone for your new baby and need to return them and they didn't give you a gift receipt, or purchase off your registry then you will get a "sale price" on that item. Received a box of pampers diapers that are regular 39.99 and wanted to get huggies instead but because I didn't have a receipt nor my husbands work didn't purchase the diapers off our registry; target gave us 14.00 dollars for these diapers. Last time I checked pampers diapers ginormous pack is NEVER that cheap. What a rip off. I couldn't even swap them out for diapers. What a poor business decision. I love this target. I go at least 1-2 per week with my daughters. Just for a break, some Starbucks and some shopping lol. The Staff is always amazing. (For a while there was one grumpy blonde lady at checkout that I avoided at all cost but I haven't seen her in a long time) Ricardo always stops to say hey to my daughter. They've been joking with each other for years and so now he's "our target friend". All of the staff has non problem stopping to help me look for something new I want to try or find. You don't get that kind of friendly costumer service at Walmart that's for sure. We will be shopping here for years and years. read more

Needed a few last minute overnight supplies and Target is a good place to stop! They have the standard chain layout, making everything easy to find. There also offer a Starbucks inside, which is always a bonus. The store was clean and well organized. They had plenty of the regular stock items. Cashier was friendly and we were on our way quickly. Overall: B+ Easy stop to pick up staple items. read more

Another Target store... Awesome qualities about this department store is that the staff is always friendly and eager to help. Also, there's a Starbucks inside... How can you go wrong with that? I feel like their prices could be lower, though. Some of their products, including clothes, are a little bit in the expensive side without it being of great quality. read more

Witnessed a customer have the police called on him because the manager did not want to make an exchange for his item. Loss prevention was called as well when he presented the receipt. I was able to return my item with no problem with the associate Shelby? and the police wasn't called on me. I stayed behind in case I had to bear witness to the customer being treated unfairly by your associates. Thankfully the situation was not escalated further with the presence of the police. Do better Target. The manager on duty needs proper training. Calling the police was completely unnecessary. read more

As my friends know, I LOVE TARGET just as much as I love Publix. The Orange City location is just short of amazing, however. As you walk through the door, a Starbucks restaurant will greet you, which is convenient and who doesn't love an energy boost while their shopping? Apparently I'm not the only one who feels this way because that Starbucks is always packed but waiting in line is worth it. It could use an upgrade to include a little more space. One of the best things about this Starbucks is that you can put your order on your Target Credit Card! In the same area, there's a little snack station where pizza, pretzels, and drinks (Soda fountain) are served. The store is clean and organized but the staff is slim. It's not very busy, so I can understand the light staffing, but it's difficult to find someone if you ever need help finding a particular item. It's still better than Walmart because once you find someone, they are informative and willing to help. We all know what it's like to try to chase down a Walmart employee. The last thing I was disappointed about was that there is no deli. I was spoiled rotten when I lived in Port Orange, FL. and used that location. Their deli offered many fresh sandwiches, salads, ready-to-cook meals, and staff who would slice cheeses and meats. Don't even get me started on their bakery! This Orange City location doesn't have any of that. Sad face. On the plus side, they recently remodeled and now include a grocery section with frozen foods and pantry foods as well as a small selection of meat and produce. I still love Target but I'm hoping the company will be willing to remodel this location again to include a Deli and Bakery. Oh! and a bigger Starbucks. ;) read more

Nice Target store located near my brother's home in Deltona. I prefer shopping here to Walmart. They had everything I needed. A little more than Walmart but worth it. Also don't have to wait in line to get checked out forever either. Helpful staff. read more

I love this store!!! Whether you're looking for new clothes, a board game, a dvd, a book, or food, this store's got it all! I know a few of the employees there, and they're all really nice and cool people. Like almost all Targets, it has a Starbucks built into it, so if you're jonesin' for some coffee, you can get hooked up right there while you're out shopping. If you have to go shopping in the Orange City area, I would highly recommend this store. read more

The store is usually well stocked. The Starbucks is nice. They surprisingly usually have enough check-out lanes open. For the bad...The restroom is always steamy hot and smelly. They need to add some air circulation in there. When I'm out running errands and have to come here, I make sure to stop somewhere else first if I have to use the restroom. Also, I wont get a coffee from Starbucks there to drink while I'm shopping for the fear of having to go in there and pee! read more

I've used the pharmacy for years. They know me by name and address me as Mrs (insert last name) . You don't get that often at stores these days. They've called when a prescription may be a problem. They've worked with me when a refill has not been called in and filled. I wish they were open until 9-10 pm on weekends. Or even 24 hrs. read more

I've been to this target quite a few times. The store itself is decent and usually not crowded in the morning when I go. My issue is with the people at the guest services desk not knowing what they're doing. One thing that irritates me is clueless customer service people. Another that is even worse is a clueless manager! One time they screwed up a price match and charged me more than they should have. The other time I picked up an item that I had ordered from the website and shipped to the store. The website sent an email saying to show it to guest services and have them scan the barcode that was in the email to pick up the order which had already been paid for. When I tried to get the girl to scan the barcode she immediately cut me off and started telling me I had to show her my ID and they didnt do it that way here. Then she said she had never heard of scanning a barcode and that she didn't even have anything to scan it with and wouldn't know how to do it (how about the barcode scanner you use all day everyday to scan barcodes of items people buy!!!???) I had already showed her my ID at this point and was getting irritated that she cut me off like that and then was completely clueless. She went to get my item but the whole time continued to make a scene about the barcode thing by asking the other rep about it (who shrugged her shoulders) and getting on the radio to the manager to ask, whom she said also didn't have a clue what I was talking about. Maybe Target corporate isn't training the managers of these stores to understand their own procedures or something but the whole thing, that is meant to be quick and convenient, ended up being the opposite and I left irritated. Maybe if she had of had enough sense to use the normal barcode scanner to see what would happen, instead of immediately giving up, her complete confusion would have been lifted and she would have learned something. read more

I love target!! This is one of the smaller ones I've visited but it's still a good one. The Starbucks is to the right as soon as you walk in the doors which is great to start off your shopping. This store has the standard target layout so I was able to find everything I needed. Staff was helpful and as always, plenty of clearance. read more

This is my local store and as far as Targets go, this one is ok, although not a full blown Super Target. The Starbucks gets me in there, but I have found a few good sales here and the 5% discount for the Target debit card is a bonus. read more

I like this target although the Starbucks in it is slow and the baristas are very slow the last time I was in Nick who was supposed to be making drinks was arguing with a customer about the size of a to go cup the time before that he was complaining about not having had a break yet so I was really not inpressed with the service I would rather drive to a real Starbucks than to have to deal with such slow and rude people read more

I was singled out as a healthcare worker today during the Target self appointed safety hour. This hour is for pregnant women, folks with auto immune disorders and seniors. I fully respect a stores right to have these times devoted to those who are concerned of covid-19, however I watched as a minimum of 20 folks...some teens with their masks on their chins vs. faces... walk into the store without question. I was walking up in my scrubs and was immediately stopped, not asked if I fell into one of those categories and turned away. Being unaware of this special hour I did the appropriate thing and went to my car in tears because of how I was isolated in the crowd of people and basically chastised for my career of helping people. I was never asked if I was auto immune compromised or pregnant; just turned away. I contacted Target Corp office and was told, "well you work in a hospital so obviously you're healthy and don't need to shop during that hour." Granted this kid in customer service sounded young, it was one of the most ignorant statements I've heard life to date. I have sadly turned from a Target lover to a new found Publix shopper. I even looked today to see what their policy is and it's amazing. They open their doors one hour early to senior citizens (outside of normal operating hours) and give priority shopping to healthcare and first responders who have off hours and are working around the clock during these exceptionally challenging times. read more

Target is one of my favorite stores! The Starbucks just adds that little sugar on top (when the line isn't out the door)! Prices are great and the people are always pretty nice. One recommendation would be to update the hours of operation online, as right now they are incorrect. Last week I entered Target two minutes prior to their posted (on the building) closing time...the cart person did not tell me as I was unloading my two year old in the parking lot that they were closed. I found this out as I was walking through the store and the lights were being turned out. It might be good to make sure everyone is out of the store before turning the lights off to prevent a liability. read more
