My familiarity with this Pearland location of Bath & Body Works is very similar to what Shandai S. expressed--for me, like Shandai, this is a pickup location (from online ordering). I think the service here is really good and the selection is much greater than what one would find at locations inside Houston--which tend to be low on stock when ordering items online. Candle Sale!!!! How could you not like or appreciate this place. Especially with a sign out front saying all 3 wick candles on sale for $15.95. So yes, I got sucked in and bought a couple. It's not right that one place should have all the fragrances that each take you on a journey of its own. Some are heavenly delightful and some just make you think and of course there is always the one that may even make you say no way! A place filled with the beauty of colors and aromatic blends that keep you sniffing from one to another, until you find that one, two or three that are undeniable to you and you know they are going home with you. Go for the fall collection, they are super cute. The mushroom is so adorable. A great accent for a little girls room. They have really enlarged the men products collection. Guys you wont be disappointed, so give them another try, and see for yourself. Most guys love the fragrance of Mahogany Teakwood Increased Intensity, Black Tie, and Japanese Cherry Blossom. This is my pick up location when I order online. Everyone is friendly. The store is clean and neat. My order is always ready when I come in.

I haven't been to Bath & Body Works in years. But I was so glad I went. Wow!! When you walk in the amazing smells and beautiful displays of the store overwhelmed me with joy. I arrived right when they opened so for a while I was the only customer in the store. So I was able to explore the store freely. When I did have questions the staff was very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. I went in for candles as they have a vast amount of them with all type of sizes and fragrances so I had tons to choose from. They also have several wall plug ins in case you don't or can't have flame. There's all sorts of fragrances of body wash, lotion, creams, sprays, and hand soaps. So if you haven't been in a while it's definitely worth a visit. read more

Manager didn't care at all that they didn't have it in stock THEN, even though this company bombards everyone's mail with those damn coupons (and I mean like overloads my mails with those coupons) the manager couldn't even give me a discount on the other items I was going to buy. I love Bath and Body, but this particular location gets 5 stars because of the friendly staff. I've been ordering BBW products online for the past year. Needless to say, I wasn't very familiar with their newer scents. The sales associate was so friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. Plus they always have deals whether it's buy 3 get 2 or buy 2 get 1 on signature scents or coupons for free shipping for online orders. They currently have deals on their hand soaps too 4 for $18 I think. So many options! read more

I never leave this place without buying at least one thing. Often, it's several things! They always have great deals on hand soaps, toiletries and all things bath and body related. We like to stock up when they have their semi-annual sale, and their other, more frequent sales throughout the year. They always have great after-Christmas sales too. The staff is always friendly and willing to help if you have any questions. My only hangup is that they discontinue scents that I really love, never to see or smell them again. Semi annual going on now!!!! I love to stock up during the semi annual sale because this is the best deal of the year. I shop here regularly and this particular location the workers are not very friendly or helpful! Take into consideration when you are having a sale and it's busy people misplace things everywhere so when one double check the prices with you be patient!
