The website had sample designs but Natalie worked with me to create a custom design of 4 globes and a corsage. She also helped me stay within budget. I ordered an arrangement and confirmed the address prior to the requested delivery date. It wasn't until I called them back 4 days later that they realized that the delivery didn't take place. I was charged an additional delivery fee after receiving a receipt with the supposed total. I was offered a refund on the delivery charge, only to be called back saying it wasn't possible to break out that charge. I found this place and started to place my order they pulled up my information which was a red flag because if I was in their system and wasn't calling them first there was a reason (I'm big into flowers for my wife). Bought a concrete fountain from William. I was quoted $150 to move and set it up. They did not show up for the first two dates that were set up. Finally showed hours late for the third scheduled date. They DID NOT inform that I needed a thick concrete pad with rebar for a base! Therefore it was not set in place. After I had the pad prepared I called to schedule for them to come back. They basically called me a liar, that William told me i needed the pad. My point is customer service sucks at this place!! Who knew that not very many florists are open on Sundays? Not me...until now. Well this one is open on Sundays and I am glad they are. The parking lot is small but the space to shop in is large. I needed flower petals for a friend's wedding (I was a groomsman) and what better place to come than one named "Plants N Petals." I called ahead and confirmed that they had the white rose petals I needed. They were specific and asked how many I needed and gave me a price quote over the phone. I did not commit to them over the phone, but when I arrived, they were ready in a nice box and the gentleman said he starting picking them off the roses right after I called. I had been using this florist for 20 years and will never use them again. My husband ordered flowers to be delivered in Valentine's Day and PnP CHOSE to deliver them a day early in the 13th without consulting my husband because they were going to be so busy on Valentine's Day. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Everyone knows half the joy of receiving a gift of flowers is the excitement the moment the surprise gift arrives. Forget about the fact that I was traveling for business when they arrived on the 13th their business judgement was greed over customer service. I am so disappointed. When confronted with this embarrassment PnP said they would pick up the flowers and bring new ones on Valentine's Day. They picked up the flowers and took them back to the store and then re-delivered the same flowers now at least a day old with the card that was drenched in water. I know they are the same flowers because my assistant sent me a picture of them yesterday to let me know they had arrived. On the 13th I thought. I understand it is a busy time for florists but HORRIBLE customer service to think about your own profits over the desires of your customer.
