I said no to all ?s as they did not pertain. I had put on pkg handle with care as I did not want it bent or folded. The employee loudly says to me "what is this for, I DID ask u b/4 if it was fragile and YOU said no." I felt like I was being scolded or on trial! It was disrespectful of her and I felt humiliated as there were customers at the counter. I nearly picked up the pkg and left... Please be respectful when u r in a profession of helping customers.
