I uploaded a photo of my 3 grown kids that they offer to put on a large candle and the candles came out perfectly!! They were accommodating and happy to try different photos because I could not make up my mind which to use. They sent me a photo for my approval of what the candle would look like prior to going into production. I worked with a mother and a daughter that were as charming as you could expect from Abilene, KS! Nothing but courtesy and kindness is what they gave me! And the candle? They made 4 of them for me and they were all unique and gorgeous! My kids LOVED them!!

I got home and saw it wasn't applied so I went back the next day and was asked for the coupon that she kept. After explaining everything we had to return then repurchase all of the items again and then apply the discount. I ended up receiving $23 that was due back had the coupon been properly used. I also had to color match myself because there were only two employees, and both were constantly busy at the registers. The next time I went in the cashier shortchanged me 4 cents. Not the biggest deal but if I didn't say no its okay, I don't need it, then its not okay to just shoertchange a customer any amount. Either her till was off and she was trying to correct it herself or she did not want to open another roll of pennies an hour before the store is due to close.
