When I finally got all my items together, I went to the front, and the girl at the register sped through a spiel about a store credit card so fast I couldn't hear her the first time. I asked her to repeat herself because she mumbled, and she seemed annoyed that she had to ask if I wanted the store credit card again. I told her no thank you, I don't want the store credit card. She seemed annoyed that I declined and brushed me off when I was leaving. I've never had this experience at Ulta before. This was insane, and I can see why people prefer online shopping now and just pick up in-store, because that interaction was terrible. I'm really disappointed.

I went to CVS to refill it only to find out they were out of stock and wouldn't have more until Monday. I told the sales person this was unacceptable that they had actually run out of stock on such an important item. I told her I would pick it up on Monday and left. I received a call shortly from pharmacist Gabriel Beidoe who had overheard our conversation. He had called another pharmacy and located the drug and had the pharmacist set it aside for me. It was not another CVS. Apparently several other pharmacies in town were also out. I want to recognize Gabriel and his personal attention to his customers. Thank You!

The worker manning the framing department (Joseph Z.) heard me out and worked on the piece. Forty-five minutes later, I received a call that my framed photo was ready for pick up! Arriving back at the framing department, Joseph shared with me that he was able to successfully dry-mount the picture (no more wrinkles!), correctly placed the glass (because it was originally incorrectly installed) so the scratch-proof side is now facing outward, and replaced one of the wire hinges because it was slightly damaged. Joseph is the most competent frame worker I've had the pleasure of working with; he takes his projects with personal pride and he does it with extreme efficiency! Definitely coming back here for any of my framing needs and highly recommend anyone needing maintenance on framed pictures -- ask for Joseph!! Bravissimo Hobby Lobby and Joseph Z! One recommendation I have for HOBBY LOBBY in general, is to use a single checkout line system that feeds into multiple registers so your customers can checkout more efficiently.
