The store was huge and it literally is a crafter's delight! There are so many items for DIY projects and so much more. You can even buy a Christmas tree here! They have custom framing available and they also offer different classes throughout the year such as painting, crochet, arts and crafts and knitting. They also have a Kids Club with events and other fun things for them to do. The staff was nice enough but seemed a bit overwhelmed, maybe due to the season and it being pretty busy. A lot of shelves were bare and it seemed a bit disorganized. I only came in for one item so didn't get much of a chance to look around but I'll definitely be back!

I was not hopeful. Well..., the cashier Tom, said it WAS still there, he remembered the brand! but the cashier's sincere thoughtfulness was truly commendable. When he was relieved from the cash register, he went to the back storage and brought it to me. I also noticed how well he interacts with other staff. In this day and age, we need more people like Tom in every store. Caring employees = Repeat Customers.

However, I think now I will go out of my way to come here because it is so much better! The location has a lot more room and you are able to walk freely around this place without having a fear of bumping into anything and knocking stuff over, especially since they have so many little and large Knick knacks that seem fragile or are pricey. It is a very well stocked location and it seems that they even have stuff that I have never heard of or seen at a couple other hallmark locations that I have been too. The staff is also very friendly and will help assist you with anything you may have whether it be finding an ornament or a specific holiday card, or even helping you order something from online to be shipped to the store. Store Manager, Kathy, came over to us and asked if we needed any help. It was perfect timing because we were just checking the shelves but didn't see any boxes containing the printer that we wanted. We told Kathy about it and she said that they had one and would get it for us. We had them hold the printer at the register while we looked around. Kathy came to find us to ask if we had an old printer. She told us that they had a promo where you could get an additional $30 off if you traded in your old printer. We ended up paying about $70 (plus tax) for the printer. The original price was $200, on sale for $100. What great customer service from Kathy! She's a valuable asset to the company.
