What a great Marshall's! What a find! I like this brand of store, I like browsing thru clothes to see if I'll find some treasure: but this location was really something else! First it's right off the turnpike, so if I ever find myself near the area I will be happy to stop by... and then the abundance of good quality shirts and clothes made this unplanned stop quite a thrill! I stopped by with a friend I had met for lunch at the Peruvian restaurant next door (Embarcadero 41) and we just wanted to browse as the delicious food worked its way to our tummy's... well we both walked out with a couple (or 4) new blouses because the variety available and the great quality made it awesome. I guess since it's in Boca, they curate the merchandise to the more upscale area..: so I'm def going to remember this and do the drive up when I'm need of some new items to refresh my wardrobe. To note: their assortment of purses was not on par with the clothes. We were disappointed there... nothing is perfect! But YES to this Marshall's! Enjoy! read more

Marshalls is a retail chain, with the emphasis on discounting. This location is one of the better ones, it's a nice size and always clean. Right off of Glades Road in Lakeside Centre, it's in between Home Goods and the Publix Greenwise. There's a big parking lot, but it does fill up, so you may find yourself driving around. Hit or miss, with clothing, if you get there when the shipments arrive, there will be plenty of brand names at discount prices. It's like a treasure hunt, you never know what you'll find and sometimes you will find thing you never thought you needed! The home goods department is always good. I bought some nice calphalon pans for under $20 and they just received all the Christmas goods. Aisles and aisles of beautiful decorations and a nice selection of Hanukkah decor too. Long lines on the weekends. Best time to shop is late in the afternoon or early evening. read more

This is a nice, modern looking Marshall's. Very tidy and well organized departments. There I saw these men's wallets for less than $10 (regular price close to $50). They felt very soft to the touch and they had many styles to choose from. I like to browse their gifts section because usually you can find great value items that can be used as gifts or for personal use. Nice quick checkout process at this store. read more

Mostly good on this trip - just went in to buy one item - a tempered glass cover for my new Iphone . Item was in stock and the checkout line moved swiftly . Only negative : the attempted selling of the store credit card. This crap needs to stop. I politely declined once then they kept harping on it - unacceptable! read more

I always enjoy Marshalls because you never know what you will find. This one has lots of goodies so if you look around you can certainly find something. There are lots of items so sometimes I end up buying something I really don't need and then decide later on to bring it back. Word to the wise- hold on to your receipt -or better yet do what I do and get an email receipt and a printed receipt. If you have any issues, it is way easier if you have the receipt. I can't say I love the women's clothes as much as I like the items for the house or accessories for women! it read more

This is one of the better Marshall's -- and I've been in most of them in the area. It's in Boca -- so that alone tells you the buyers plan their upscale merchandise accordingly. This store had the most designer women's clothing that I've seen at similar stores. Those small separate racks that are marked with the designer's name and are grouped in the front and along the side of all the other ones. Count em. You'll see what I mean. Lately I've been liking some Lucky Brand T-shirts -- they are thin, patterned, and comfortable. Especially in the Florida (summer) heat. They are a little artsy. As I'm now older (and heavier), it's not always easy to find larger sized clothing. And I think my generation has grown along with me as usually when I see a pattern I like, they don't always have my size. So I was pleased to have a number of choices here. The only downside shopping here at the moment is that the fitting rooms are still closed. And it's frustrating not to be able to try other things on. Since most of the major department stores have re-opened their fitting rooms, you'd think they would also. Another COVID related note, most everyone was wearing a mask as they shopped. I'm not sure if they still require them here -- or just strongly suggest it. I'm not often in this shopping center or neighborhood, but I'd been in Boca to meet a girl friend for lunch, and it was convenient to drop by here. And next time I'm in the area, I'm sure I'll stop by as well. read more

Who doesn't like Marshalls? The one in Boca always has a great selection and of course great prices. The handbag and shoe selection at Marshall's is better than any of the other similar stores. This store is always clean and well organized, even in the midst of the Christmas shopping frenzy. Shelving and clothing racks do not look picked over with item strewn about everywhere like they do at some other stores. If you love shopping at Marshall's definitely check out the Glades Road location. read more

I LOVE Marshalls, it's probably one of my favorite stores. I typically come to browse for 30 minutes and search out deals when I visit any of the shops in this chain, but occasionally I do have a specific item I want to buy. I was so excited to visit a Marshalls in affluent Boca Raton, I assumed it would be awesome. My best buys at Marshalls have typically been footwear. I especially tend to do well on sneakers and can sometimes find great deals. The shoe section was so small in Boca, probably one of the smallest I have seen. My other favorite spot to browse is the cell phone/ipad accessory section, but it was quite minuscule and there wasn't much inventory. I was somewhat disappointed by this Marshalls. It wasn't kept up the greatest, the store was small and it seemed disorganized. Perhaps I have become spoiled by the HUGE Marshalls at Sawgrass Mills. read more

I love this store but yesterday I had an awful customer service experience. The associates name was Christine. As she advised me , she's worked there fir 10 years and never received a complaint. We'll Christine- this is your first. When a customer returns a ticketed 14.00 shirt you don't tell them it's ticked wrong and go back to the Marshall's you purchased it Steven though that store is 20 miles away. In her words again"that's not my problem ". I strongly hope that this nasty diva who didn't know how to talk or treat customers is not allowed to train the new comer associates for the upcoming season. If she doesn't enjoy her job after 10 years them maybe she should go somewhere that doesn't involve other people. read more

My husband bought a beard trimmer but when he and tried it didn't work well, so he decided to return it. The manager at this location told me she couldn't accept that because it was already open and couldn't sell it back again. I called Marshalls customer service and they told they should have accept my item back, specially because the amount was not much and most important because they could repacked it. So the lady on the phone from customer service refunded me the amount and apologize for the inconvenience. Clearly this manager just didn't want to take it , not because it was Marshalls policy. read more

I had a very fruitful visit to this Marshalls. Certainly much better than the downtown San Francisco location which is just awful. Was hoping to get to the Deerfield location but didn't make it on this trip. Got 4 items for $100 - a skirt, a dress and two tops - and I'll get a lot of good wear out of these. Disappointed in the shoe and purse selection, but your results may vary. Always hard for me to go to Boca without mourning the loss of Loehmann's, as Boca was the first time I visited one....sigh.... read more

It is a great store. There are multiple type of things there that you can found. From clothes to home accessories to even luggages. Why is it a 4 star? Because you HAVE to search and put your time into it if you want to find something good. You need to put at least more than 2 hours to find ONE good cloth, bag, or accessory. I buy almost everything here. It really is my favorite store. Every now and then the lines are brutal, bite worth it.

Good for cheap t-shirts and shorts. Don't waste your time with anything more than that as all that stuff is there for a reason... its either mis-sized from the factory, one pant leg is longer than the other, and/or it just didnt meet the quality checks before being delivered to the real dept stores like macys... All of this isn't to say that you won't find a diamond in the rough once in a while! read more

On the afternoon of 9/9/12 we shopped at Marshalls on Glades Road in Boca. We were looking for household items when my wife saw a blouse she like, we took it to check out with a few other items. My wife asked the cashier if she could also have the hanger, the cashier sharply replied "no, it's not part of the merchandise", well, ok.The cashier then grabs the blouse and declares " this is not the right price" and walks away looking for another blouse which she gleefully found and told us. She insinuated that we knew that it was the wrong price, I told her we are the customers, my wife picked out the blouse from the rack at random and the tag was attached to the blouse as all the others were. We asked for the manager and she said "I'm the manager (Charna) and there is mistake". At that point I was furious with her attitude, I told my wife "let's go" and we left, believe me, I can pay for the blouse at any price. A PS to this, my wife went to a Marshalls in Delray, bought the same blouse and was cheerfully given the hanger. This woman is not supervisor or sales material, Marshall's, better training needed. read more
