This Bath & Body Works location was very neat and organized. The shelves were well stocked. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door it was easy to find the products that I needed. There were only 1 customer there so the store was uncrowded. This location was definitely a good one. read more

BBW's website leaves a lot to be desired. Their shipping is also iffy at best. It's best to shop in-store, if possible. Their candle sale before Christmas was a nightmare. I waited approximately 1/2 hour just to order and then got an email a week later informing me there was a problem with the order and I would receive a credit. I did not receive a credit but was charged. After waiting an unacceptable amount of time on their chat bot, I was told I would receive a replacement within 3-7 days. Then received another message that one of the candles was out of stock and a refund would be issued for that candle. Occasionally, my order has a leak and I have to return it to the store for a refund or exchange. As stated above for these reasons, I will not be ordering on line in the future. read more

First time at the store and definitely not what I'm use to. Plenty of staff walking around but nobody said hello, Can I help you, nothing. The young lady who rang me up was equally cold and didn't offer an ounce of kindness. I will find another store to support this place is not for me. Covid has made shopping a nightmare but the workers here at Bath & Body Works have consistently worked at making the experience as pleasant as possible when shopping here during a worldwide pandemic with ever changing rules while remaining positive & are happy to help as needed. This is a store that's hard to keep sanitized so it's at your own risk basically but it's been an escape from abundance of normal stores with their rules and regulations & crabby employees. And surprisingly the store seems to be staffed well unlike most other stores during the pandemic as well which is a bonus! read more

If your a guy going by yourself you better know what your doing. You will receive no help, the staff will avoid you, and they will refer to you with only hand signs and gestures. Absolutely disgusting behavior from this location of bath and body works. I suggest you go to any other location. read more

I absolutely LOVE shopping at this location! Such a beautiful store. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Even when the store is busy bc of specific sales, these lovely ladies still manage to get me in and out in a timely manner. Amazing job, keep up the great work! read more

Why have managers when they can't make simple decisions? I shop Bath and Body Works quite often and the service has gone downhill. Went into the store to purchase a bunch of wallflowers and refills. Two of the wallflowers I specifically came in store for were showing $9.37 online from $12.50 I asked if they could honor the price because it does not state online only. You would think I asked them to solve world peace. Not only did two young ladies tell me no but when I asked for a manager to make the decision, one mumbled "she will say the same thing." Needless to say, the manager did say the same thing and suggested I stand there and wait for her to call customer service over a $3 deal! Are you serious? The reason I did not order online is because the last 3x I ordered, I did not get timely service (one month thanks to Covid) and once I did not receive the shipped product at all. Today, I told them to cancel the entire transaction and guess what... they let me. I will not be shopping with bath and body anymore. I've always been of the mindset you get what you pay for and since they are on 24/7 sale mode, I guess I can expect 24/7 cheap service. read more
