My teen granddaughter and I were checking out and I asked for her items to be placed in a separate bag. Our purchase was $145.00 and contained 18 items. Autumn refused to give a second bag saying they were short on bags. The glass scent diffusers were thrown to the bottom of the bag not wrapped. I had to request 4 times for a second bag. Autumn was rude and mumbled a disrespectful comment as she put the items in a second bag. The store was not busy. Several of the staff were standing around talking. Customer service is not a priority at this store.I will not return to this store. read more

One of the workers there was really snotty and had an attitude, she was at the register - I get that it was busy, the semi-annual sale is going on, but there's no need to take it out on customers. Other than the lady at the register it was a great shopping experience. I got in, found my soaps and got in line in less than 5 minutes. Check out took a while because of issues with the registers, they said. I like this location because it's not as crazy to get in and out of like the ones in malls! Every time I walk into this store I am greeted right away and offered help or told about the deals. I really appreciate customer service & this Bath & Body always does the best! Today waiting in line an employee was stocking hand sanitizers and a customers younger daughter was also helping the employee was so nice & making it fun. I love when employees interact with customers and what not and watching this was so sweet the world does still have great people. Getting to check out the employee asked if i had the app and informed me they had a $10 off coupon on there, she took the time to ring up two separate transactions so I can save more money. I really appreciate people who actually take time with customers and not just the bare minimum to get you in and out. I love this store & really enjoy the employees! read more

This Tinley Park Bath & Body Works is my go-to location. The store doesn't get overcrowded like the mall locations often are, and it definitely provides a pleasant shopping experience. You can actually walk around in here and take time to try the various products. If you shop here, find Giselle! She really makes an effort to get to know her clients, show them new products, and help them find what they are looking for. Giselle always has a smile and a good recommendation! I stopped at the Bath & Body Works on Harlem in Tinley Park around 9 am the other morning. Ladies inside but doors weren't open. Went back to my car and looked at their website on my phone and said it opened at 9:00 am. Left there and did another errand and called the store at 9:27, a women answered the phone and all I was inquiring about was did they have the Fresh Balsam plug in. She told me they weren't open yet and put me on hold. Another person got on the phone at 9:30, when they officially opened! I was furious, Really! They put me on hold until the store opened. Wouldn't answer my question before they opened even tho their website said they opened at 9. Won't do business with them ever again. read more
