Very poor service. I made an online reservation for a 30-minute eye makeup appointment. I showed her a picture of the eye makeup look I wanted, but the result was a complete failure. She clearly does not know how to do makeup properly. I told her no, and asked if the makeup artist was new. She said yes. So why is someone without experience placed in that position? We did a 30 minute make up session as well as the perk face service this really helped getting ready for the wedding and made it so much easier, during the whole time, Ashley wanted to make sure I was very happy with the progress, and it really involved me with the process which I appreciate it so much. She was fun and very easy to talk to. My face was glowing and my make up looked amazing and I got a lot of compliments at the wedding next time I am in Broomfield I definitely will be coming back at least for the face perk service.
