I generally just buy pants here because they fit well. The tops...not so much. If you are not large with big knockers you will have a very hard time finding tops, dresses or bras here. I am glad that they have new styles of jeans because for a few years I didn't like the ones they had so I had to settle for ill fitting jeans from other stores. I also really like their Houston pant. They are my go to pant. A bit pricey but worth it because I feel comfortable shopping there and I enjoy the clothes. This location is usually not too busy and well stocked.

Then when you'd imagine there'd be a long line of holiday shoppers, instead there was another friendly staff who tells you when it's your turn to go through the self checkout! During my most recent visit, however, the service I received was unprofessional and deeply uncomfortable. The staff member who assisted us said her name was Carly (not sure if that was accurate). She is a tall white woman with glasses and a brown, slightly curly bob haircut. From the start, she made repeated presumptions--first questioning whether my partner and I were together (we are a biracial couple), and then repeatedly challenging whether our containers were actually half-full even after we provided the weights. Her tone was accusatory rather than curious, and it felt like we were being treated with suspicion rather than respect. As a longtime customer, this interaction felt biased, presumptuous, and frankly degrading. I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is the opposite of what I expect from a community-oriented, values-driven business. I hope ownership takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training around customer interactions, bias awareness, and how to handle questions without making customers feel interrogated or judged. I want to continue supporting businesses like this--but experiences like this make that difficult.

The store was actually oddly quiet, usually many have some kind of music, but supposedly a manager is nursing a headache and no music anymore. Though that weirdness doesn't stop there, the soda is always talked about being quite extensive, but if that were the case, it looks like booze took over half of what cpuld been drinks overall. They had some weird options, but most were basically available in other stores. At least there was some candies that are a bit more exclusive to the store, so picked up a couple bags. They even have chocolate oranges year-round!
