Rotten egg smell came back after two weeks. We called them back out. The guy came for 15mins told me to disinfect our water heater and change the whole house filter. Charged us $70. We went to take the anode rod out to disinfect the water heater like the guy suggested and then realized when they replaced our anode rod they stripped the bolt so we cannot get it out. We also found a large dent on top of our water heater as well from when they came out the first time. Called them and ask for them to come out and take anode rod out so we could disinfect our water heater like they suggested. They said to do that it would be $80 an hour even though their technician is the one who installed it incorrectly and striped the bolt so we can't get it. I will not be charged for them to come out to correct their mistake. I will be calling another service to our house to help us get the anode rod out. Outrageous. Do not recommend.

I scheduled this company to perform a furnace inspection during the fall of 2023 to make sure my…read morefurnace was working well as we enter the heating season. The mechanic checked my furnace, said all was well, but wanted to also perform a carbon dioxide test to make sure the levels were safe. he performed the test and said that he would have to shut the furnace down because it was unsafe at the carbon monoxide level that he was seeing on his monitor, 5 ppm. He also suggested that because the furnace was 20 years old, it may need to be replaced. He gave me an estimate as he left the house. of course I was concerned and immediately contacted several companies to come to my home and provide a quote for replacement of my furnace. Both companies that inspected my furnace said that it did not have a cracked heat exchanger, nor any other issues causing elevated carbon dioxide. Their tests revealed ZERO parts per million! I believe D and B was just trying to make a sale of a new furnace and I am very disgusted and upset, what a scam. Don't waste your money having this company perform any work on your HVAC systems.
