Justin came out last fall to take a look and write up my estimate. He was the ultimate professional: very thorough and informative. ZERO high pressure sales or upselling. He will explain everything in detail (if you want, which I did) without talking down or saying "is your husband here?" The price was $27,000 which IF YOU WANT YOUR ROOF DONE RIGHT TO LAST FOR A VERY VERY LONG TIME, is the going rate in 2026! Two other friends got quotes from 2 other companies for EXACTLY the same cost, but I know - and can sleep soundly - that it was done to the utmost perfection. (our roof is huge - a 2,000 SQFT ranch with VERY DEEP eaves, and needed a lot of new, more effective vents installed for circulation). We had to wait for spring to gather our finance and Christina S. kept in touch to assure us that we were first in line when the weather allowed which it did in March. She was so delightful to talk to. Like, I wanna be friends with her, lol! When the weather was scheduled to break, she told us the date and when materials would arrive and how it would all work and pass it off to Evan B., Our fantastic project manager! The crew showed up Friday morning, bright, and early and efficiently had our old roof, torn off and our beautiful new roof installed in one day - albeit a long one for them! There was quite a team here and it was impressive to watch them work! Importantly, they were respectful of our property. They smiled and said hello, and we encountered them and the cleanup was second to none! I have not seen one Nail or one Scrap of anything around the house! I went up into the attic to get something, and it was so comfortable up there, I could tell that the circulation was what it was supposed to be. Not stuffy, not drafty. My husband put in some lighting and boards across the floor, and I feel like I wanna create myself some personal space up there! Lol! Anyway, huge kudos to Paramount roofing and the entire team, everyone with whom we have interacted has been outstanding. Thank you, thank you! Highly recommend! I've printed out and filed our transferable warranty that I am confident (unless mother nature disagrees) we won't be needing!

Plus, with all the rain we've had, the gutters were literally taking a beating this summer and needed attention. After getting several estimates, C&G gave us an awesome quote and came out in person to check out our building. While it's not a tremendously huge building in comparison to some others in the area, it was still going to be a lot of work due to the amount of debris that we had going on there. Two really nice guys showed up and not only did the entire building in two hours, but tacked back up the gutters that were falling off the side of the building as well. They also cleaned up their mess and hauled it away from all the stuff that got blown out. They also showed us other repairs that may need to get done in the future to keep the roof and building in good shape. Overall, these guys do really good work at a very fair price. As the afternoon went by many roofing contractors stopped by and offered their services, including Jeremy from Guns N Hoses. I must have been approached by 20 contractors that day but when it was all said and done I decided on Jeremy. I'm glad I did. Given the amount of work the entire area needed I knew it would take some time. It did. Jeremy kept on top of everything and kept me posted. If he told me something I could take it to the bank. The work was completed in a timely fashion, the quality of work was excellent and he handled all the paperwork with the insurance company. I could not have had a better experience.

They returned on two different occasions and still did not fix the issue. I paid over 2k to fix the issue that was not fixed, then received a quote for a complete roof replacement for 21k. No thanks!
