I had a terrible experience with IWT Bryan started off great we liked him seem like a nice guy…read more when he said he was done he said if we see anything he would return to fix the issues so we paid him in full big mistake!!! we found some things we are not happy with some things were missed, some things not sanded and just and painted over, the paint he used and he purchased is peeling off of the walls in some spots, he taped on new drywall and its bubbling and peeling and work that was stated in the contract was not complete. I contacted Bryan about the issues and set up more than 3 different appoints and no call no show every time and then he just flat out refused to return to repair his work. I would not recommend IWT for the simple fact that you can not rely on his word he has zero integrity. There is much more than what I have posted I wish he would have just returned to do his job but he refused to honor warranty or his word for that matter.

We called, texted, and emailed them many, many times to get them to come back and finish the job. After 8 attempts going unanswered, the owner finally picked up the phone and arranged for someone to come out and finish the job. Nobody showed up! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They never finished the job!
