I have called three times trying to get a service done on a safety rail that was installed originally. Each time I call, the female assures me that she will notify someone to call me. Doesn't happen. Poor communication between their office and the person responsible for doing the work. A part is defective, and I cannot get anyone from the Service Department to call me back. I'm trying to get that one part fixed. Plus, the caulk they used on the original installation is turning yellow. I do have soft water, so the issue is with the type of caulk used.
