Waste of money. Started peeing after a year. Company won't honor warranty. Claims that children soft plastic toys void the warranty even though it's peeling were they painted over the the drain cover not anywhere else. I was never asked if I wanted the drain cover painted. I would have replied no to. And of course that's were it's peeling because it wasn't prepped properly. Update Before I wrote a bad review I contacted BathArt directly to resolve the issue. They agreed that the finish should not be peeling already, and they would schedule someone to fix it, and that someone would contact me soon. A month later and nobody contacted me, hence the bad review. They responded by telling me they would fix it if I took down the bad review, to which I replied: Fix it first. To which they agreed. Then 24 hours later they decided they would go back on that agreement. Which truly is probably better off, since I don't trust these fools to work on my home again anyways. read more

BathArt Refinishing If you're not rich, do not expect high quality work or good customer service from BathArt Refinishing. I hired them to refinish two showers in a condo after reading their "raving" reviews. I also made it clear that if all went well, I had 3 other properties needing similar work. Well, apparently they do good work only for Disney and their wealthy customers. The cost was $1,500 for both showers in July 2024. Initially it's seemed like they did an ok job, but they missed multiple spots and let the paint run. I asked them to touch up, they said they did, and they immediately started harassing me daily for payment. I was out of town and could not verify the touch-ups were completed. I paid the bill, and surprise, surprise, touch ups were never done. I gave up. I had more work to complete on the condo, so it was Oct 2024, 3 months later, when I was actually able to use the showers. Immediately, the paint started bubbling up in both showers. Horrifying, right? I was thinking I could seal the bubbling areas with Sherwin Williams Peel Bond and All-Surface paint. Nope. The BathArt paint peeled off in SHEETS!! I realized it would all need to be stripped and redone. I reached out to them for help, and they "do not offer refunds but can touch up the paint" which was obviously a useless solution. Once I stripped all of the paint, I realized they had never completed their self-proclaimed magical process and "prepped the surface with their acid wash which allows us to etch the surface to the maximum and gives us the most adhesion possible. We also take it 1 step forward and use a self-etching primer followed by our polymer top coating system." Ha! Total BS. There was still soap scum and dirt on the shower floors and walls! See pics. Don't waste your time contacting this company! I contacted Brannon because I needed a bathtub and kitchen sink reglazed he scheduled for the following week but it was downhill from there! He kept not showing up and when I called he would make an excuse and schedule for the next day. Just like that he drug me along for several days so the job didn't get done I'm out of state and only had that week to get the job done before putting the house for rent! I just had the worst experience with BathArt's Orlando Manager Christian. There was an appointment set to refinish 2 bathrooms. There was some confusion on pricing ($350 vs $530 X 2) so Christian said let me speak to my manager, Christian put me on hold , and came back and said "I apologize for the confusion but the price we quoted you we're honoring. I asked if they could give me a better price and the fireworks began!!! When his rant began, I tried to interject by saying "Let's move forward", he didn't stop. I asked to speak to Christian's manager, and Christian said "I'm going to recommend that we NOT do this job!! Another person called me from BathArt stating he was a Field Manager, a very nice person BUT NOT CHRISTIAN'S MANAGER. The owner is in Dubai according to the Field Manager and is the only Manager above Christian, so this phone call was wasted time. We chose BathArt based on they're great reviews to refinish a cast iron tub in our home. Unfortunately we've had to have then refinish the tub 4 times due to chips, scratch's and rough spots. Right now there are 5 chips in my tub, and I'm going to have to explore other options because the cast iron is beginning to rust. Their customer service is top notch, but it seemed like every contractor they sent out was worse and worse. The last one left over spray all over my bathroom, and didn't say a word to me, not during arrival or leaving. I had to re do the caulking myself. BathArt is a joke and a rip off! I had them coat my tub and tile a year ago and a few months later my tub began peeling off in large strips! I called several times requesting "warranty service" on their automated line. After the 5th call Christian called to tell me they are no longer serving south Florida. Nice for them but does nothing toward the repair of my tub. After sending pics of my tub to one of their affiliates it was determined it would cost $250 to properly strip, acid wash and recoat my tub. Christian had the nerve to offer me $75 toward that repair. I have had nothing but problems with this company. Two weeks after my job was done I applied some masking tape to the area around the sink shut offs in order to work on them...when I removed it the paint came right off with it! A second grader could have done a better job for me! This company is nothing if not disingenuous! After all this I ONLY wanted the $250 to properly repair my tub and forget about my experience with BathArt but Christian obviously thinks it's prudent to leave me with my tub in this condition (please see the pictures). Don't be fooled by their advertising a "glass like finish"....I would have been better off painting my tub and tile with Rustoleum ...it would have been glossier and lasted much longer than what I'm left with. read more
