The bid was within the range we expected and they proposed replacing our gutters which was something we hadn't requested. The gutters were the item that tipped us to choosing this group. We were delighted with the speed with which the job was scheduled. The weather caused a slight delay but they finished quickly and left no mess behind! I liked that we were kept informed on the progress; we regularly received photos and communications especially when sections of the roof were found to be in rough shape. Perfection Hardwood, LLC completely ruined my maple hardwood floor. On the first day, Frank came…read moreand seemed nice. He told me a story about building long-term relationships, that "God is watching him," and other promises. It was all a lie. He sent a team that wasn't even his employees. What was supposed to be a two-day job was rushed and finished in just seven hours. My perfectly even floor was sanded down so harshly that I wanted to cry. They applied a stain that didn't even match, then added a clear coat filled with dust particles and dirt. The entire process was rushed in just two to three hours. The corners have visible sanding machine marks, the floor is uneven, and it now feels like concrete rather than the smooth surface it used to be. I gave Frank a chance to come and see the damage and offer a solution. The second time, a completely different Frank showed up. He didn't care about me as a customer, refused my refund request, refused to fix anything, and walked out shouting--completely contradicting everything he said during our first meeting. This company is a scam, nothing more. They don't deserve to be in business. I wish I had done more research and read other reviews beforehand. They are far, far from "perfection." If you value your hard-earned money and your home, do not let this team anywhere near your property.
