Upon the completion of our kitchen renovation, Peter (the owner of Interface Tile) offered to come back days later at no hint of charging us to move our refrigerator back into its original location on the beautiful new tile floor. Sure enough, on the morning of the day that the refrigerator could be moved back, Peter texted to say he would be at our house at 8:30 to move the refrigerator. My bathroom project needed help, we had an issue with a tile job gone wrong with another contractor who had improperly set our tiles and caused 9k in damages to our brand new kitchen renovation. Within 14 hours of the mess the other contractor made (Nail It Handyman - BEWARE!!!) Alex showed up, assessed the damage, gave us a truly reasonable quote a few hours later and began working the next day! Cheslav and his brother Stan arrived with everything they needed and quickly got to work; by the time I arrived back from Floor and Decor with new tiles Stan had the demolition completed and th new cement wall boards were up and by the end of day one all three walls and the floors were ready to tile, every seam sealed, I was amazed how much they completed in a single day!!! By the next day they had all the tiles installed walls and floor and even had time to install our glass shower door and set the toilet in too!!! So in three days Best Tile Solutions lived up to their name and turned a nightmare in to a dreamy bathroom that's beautiful and functional. He didn't put up any plastic and my entire house was a dust bowl when he left.
