Upon stating that I realized I am not the only one they have done this to. It seems that they make a $30 charge upon checking your vehicle. Then they tell you hey, you need a flush go here. CARadiator doesn't know anything about it. They make $30 for doing nothing. STAY AWAY. I will be disputing it with my bank just because they guy treated me poorly.

I have never had anything but bad experiences using body shops, but my wife found these guys and they were fantastic. Mario was polite, professional, and far more helpful than anyone I've ever dealt with at any sort of auto shop. The folks at State took care of everything flawlessly, dealt directly with the insurance company on everything, handled my wife's car being totaled out, and kept me informed on the progress of my car's repairs every step of the way. I got my 10 year old car back looking almost as good as the day I drove it off the lot. I hope it's quite a while before I need a body shop again but I can't imagine bringing my cars anywhere but State Auto Body.

I brought my car in for a simple estimate about two weeks ago and after waiting for two weeks for them to call me back, they said they couldn't give me an estimate because "our boss is on vacation." Thats a bs excuse if you ask me, what employee of a body shop can't do a simple estimate?
