Brought my car here to have some auto body work done on it. One of my neighbors backed into me in the parking lot of my building when I was parked and caused enough damage that I needed to have a whole new front bumper, front left quarter panel and hood on put on and painted. I also had to have a back bumper put on because of a large dent in it. Let me just start off by saying, everyone I dealt with at Lindberg Auto Body: Mark, Michelle, George as well as a few guys in the shop -- they are all truly professional, detail-oriented, courteous and kind. I had a bad experience at another body shop up the street (Providence Auto Body NEVER GO HERE*! They are the WORST AND A DEN OF LIARS AND THIEVES) and decided to come to Lindberg as a backup and boy am I sure glad I did! From the rental to the clear communication to the courtesy phone calls to the prompt scheduling to everything in between, I was 1 MILLION PERCENT SATISFIED by the entire process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lindberg Auto Body, without hesitation or equivocation. Not simply 5 stars -- 5 MILLION STARS!!!!! *Update 2/28/2019 One of the turn signal bulbs died on my front headlight. Called this autobody shop to have work done on my car. Was told that they would pick my car up in the morning. Received a call at 10am the next morning stating, "Sorry, we're not able to work on your car at all." No alternatives given. Receptionist should be aware of schedule and jobs that should be accepted, no excuses. If you can't work on a vehicle, that's fine, but I wasted my morning waiting around for this business to cancel on me and that's unacceptable. read more

I bought a 2019 BMW and only had it 3 weeks before someone keyed it in a parking lot at work. I called Lindbergh Auto Body, from some recommendations, and they told me to bring it in. They were very professional and told me they could take care of it and set up for me to drop it off on Monday. They told me it might be 3 or so days.... I dropped it off on Monday at 7am.... got a call Tuesday at 10 am saying it was already finished.... picked it up today and you cannot tell anything ever happened. They did a great job and very professional. This is my first time dealing with a body shop (other than a place my dad recommended , and the customer service was awful so i walked out) and would use them again, hopefully won't have to, if anything happens again. I got some scratches on my 2018 Subaru legacy and was upset about it. George came out outside to help me. he was extremely nice as he came out in the heat to examine my car. he was wonderful and professional and skilled at what he does. he got rid of my scratches wiuithout repainting the door. From the second I called to the moment I picked up my car they were always so kind and helpful I had brought my car in to be repaired from an accident that happened back in March! I showed him the damage and he said it would be no problem at all. It was a breeze with Lindbergh's. They fixed my Jetta and it honestly looks like a brand new car. I don't think it actually even looked the way it does now when I bought it brand new. They did an amazing job and totally worth the wait. Everything was so seamless, they are truly the best problem solvers and are really there to help you. Mark totally takes on talking to the insurance companies, so that is a huge inconvenience off your back. They are all truly talented at what they do here and (hopefully I won't have to but, ) if I do have to ever get body work done again it will for sure be here. read more

My car ran over a whole wheel/ tire on the highway. Both passenger wheel and tires need to be replaced. Bumper just need to be repainted. Passenger headlight need to be replaced. About $2800 of work, insurance covered. (This is 3 months ago, so exact days aren't accurate. This just to let you have an idea of the time frame of things) Dropped of my car on Monday, they said my car will be looked at Wednesday. Called them up Friday, my car still hasn't been looked at. 2 weeks after I dropped off my car, they finally looked at my car. For 3 months, They promise a date for something. I called back, they haven't done it. this is the routine every 1 or 2 weeks. I was patient with them, because I figure let them have their time, so that my car would come out good. Finally my car was done. The last week they been trying to get an alignment for the car, so they said. My car at the dealer right now, dealer said alignment is off. I think that explains why my car pull to the left. I saw that they replaced all my tires with cheap ones. They said my tires was discontinued. Guess what I was able to order the "discontinued" tires from tirerack.com and its being installed at my dealer as I'm typing this. And yes 2 of my tires is more expensive then all 4 of the tires they gave me. There's a 1.5 inch gap between the door and the front fender. Easy fix, I just need to unbolt the fender and push it back. found out I'm missing about 5 screws and bolts around the engine from their work. And now for the WORST PART. They LOST my front LICENSE PLATE. Really!? That's speak a lot for how much they don't give a sh$$ about your car. FYI: The Owner Mark said George worked on my car. read more

brought my car here after an uninsured driver hit the passenger side head-light, bumper, and tire. they fixed everything very well, and since I had rental coverage on my insurance, they provided a rental vehicle by their sister company, Richardson's Auto. overall good experience, but a very, very slow experience. I dropped my car off July 1st and didn't get it back until the first week of August. because I had the rental vehicle I was fine, but if you do not have that option, it would prove to be very difficult. they also forgot to reconnect my driver side headlights after the work was done, which my mechanic found and fixed at no cost, so I didn't make a fuss, although it did contribute to the loss of the two stars. they are very easy to work with though, so, I still recommend their shop. read more

I went to Mark based on a friends advice. A hit and run on my parked GTI caused $1600 worth of damage to the rear of the car. Mark had a rental waiting for me on Monday when I dropped the car off and since I had to pay out-of-pocket for the rental, he told me my GTI would be done on Friday to minimize my cost. The work was completed that Friday, as promised, and his work was incredible. They were able to pull the dent out of the rear hatch and replace the bumper/paint within the week. Someone did a hit and run on my parked car and left it quite a mess. I needed a new bumper, passenger door, fender, headlights, grill, etc. Swedish motors recommended Lindbergh to me. They did a fantastic job on my 18 year old Honda Civic. They repainted my whole car so it looks new! They detailed my car so it is the cleanest it has been since it was new. Brought my car here and they replaced damaged parts with used parts and didn't use factory equipment . Also the paint work didn't match AT ALL . When I brought this to the managers attention he denied it . It's plain as day that it doesn't match and they won't fix it. My car looks like shit and my insurance says they already paid Lindbergh and its up to them to make right of things . Worst service EVER !!! read more
