They have several options but I always go with a standard, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Cooked medium. I also ordered something different as well. I had onion rings with my burger. My wife always gets rings and I fries. The food arrived and the first thing I noticed was the onion rings. These had to be made fresh cause they didn't look frozen. And the burger was dressed nice too. Although I am smash-burger fan I don't discriminate others. This wasn't a smash but it wasn't overly fat either. When I bit in to one of the rings, Wow. I could bite thru the ring and not pull the onion out. Great rings. Now the burgers turn. It was cooked medium just as I requested, just a hint of pink and juicy. The bar's OWNER is Tiki Tim. That's his nickname, not a description of the bar. Yes there are some tiki type decorations, and yes, the place is actually a dive bar, But they have an absolutely fantastic kitchen so Tiki Tim's is well worth visiting. I ordered the Loaded Crab Cake Bloody Mary ($26.99). This exceptional Bloody Mary comes with a Bloody Mary Chaser! The chaser had 6 green olives. The Bloody Mary itself had: 4 pcs Celery 2 slices of Bacon 3 Mini tomatoes 4 lg shrimp 1 Crab cake burger It's a meal as well as a drink. Nice kick, too. The menu has several different Bloody Mary options. I also ordered the Blue Crab Fries ($14.51). A huge dollop of blue crab dip on seasoned fries. Enough dip for all the fries.
