The format is good, the host is friendly, clear speaking, and welcoming, remembering you from week to week. We've stayed with this company for over a year, winning just as many times as we lose, but we enjoy the format and the questions. One of the fun things with this company is that they track your points for the months, then the top five teams from each location are invited to a monthly 'battle of the wits' competition, where you can compete for cash. Those questions get to be HARD, but since you're competing for a large cash prize, it has to be! The weekly trivia events are free, and you have the opportunity to win gift cards to the restaurant you are eating at. They do a weekly know your trivia segment, where you have the opportunity to learn the answer to two questions before the event. They'll give you two topics, where you get to study on them and two of the questions will come from those topics. Its a really fun way to lead you to a free answer, and you learn about things you never thought you would know about. We do trivia with Bill on Wednesdays at the Metrowest Pourhouse, and the food is great to go with the company. The environment is great for trivia, and there are plenty of TVs for baseball season. I'd recommend Live Trivia for anyone looking to try a new trivia group in Orlando, and remember to check the website!

We went to Ivanhoe Park Brewing specifically to try out this truck and we're so pleasantly surprised by the casual, charming and inclusive brewery. But the Simmer Down food was the highlight! Service was friendly and they have a pager system so you can grab a beer while you wait for your food. The smash burger on brioche was one of the top five burgers in Orlando for sure. The taco was really next level good. And the churro was sweet and delicious. Only reason I can't give them 5 stars is the fries were soggy and not my favorite. Flavor was good, and they were nice and salty... but just too wet and limp. That said, everything else was amazing and we will be back!

I landed on ordering the Beatty's Blue's Smash Burger and upgraded to truffle fries (go big or go home!). Everything was fantastic and memorable, even a week or so later writing this review! The burger was perfectly cooked, the toppings were on point, and the fries were decadent and jam packed with truffle flavor. 10/10 food without question. What made it even better? The personable, stellar service. In an area saturated by food trucks, Simmer Down is a stand out. If you are lucky enough to run into or visit Simmer Down, at the bare minimum, get the truffle fries!

Both Brick & Butter and 503 Latin Fusion served up some tasty dishes. I enjoyed the authentic tasting Asada Steak Taco dish where simple ingredients highlighted the overall flavor. I wished that Lobos Coffee didn't close so early! I've been happy to find the craft beer selection to be diverse and not IPA-heavy, and enjoyed the options. The rest: Parking onsite is available, but limited. The owners advise carpooling and street parking in the neighborhood is limited.

As a loyal fan of Orlando's local brewery scene (shoutout to my neighborhood favorites Tactical and Ten10), I don't venture far from my comfort zone. But every now and then, I'll travel a daring five miles for a place that feels like it was plucked straight out of the Pacific Northwest and this is that place. The beer? Amazing. The staff? Incredible. The space? Open, welcoming, and plenty of seating to settle in for a while. Now let's talk about the only adventure here: parking. The immediate lot is small and can feel like you're competing in the Orlando Parking Olympics. But there's additional parking across the street to the left near some office buildings. Finding parking in Orlando sometimes feels as hard as snagging a spot in NYC, but trust me, it's worth the effort. They're constantly brewing something new okay, maybe not every single week, but it sure feels like it and somehow it's always excellent. There's always something fresh and creative on tap. So yes, I absolutely recommend this place. If you can park, come on in. You won't regret it.

We ordered directly at the bar, and tried their moonshine iced lemonade tea. For 8 bucks, it was a refreshing drink, and the alcohol lingered lightly. I was surprised they allowed outside food, but they have a partnership with the bbq restaurant next door. So I got a pulled pork sandwich with bbq beans as side, and banana pudding (about 18 dollars total for all). The sandwich was fair with ample amount of pork, but could have been a bit more flavorful. Thankfully the bbq sauce on the side helped. The pork was tender enough. The bbq definitely helped the beans to be more enjoyable. It only it had a bit more kick. The banana pudding tasted like Publix pudding, and looked to be missing actual bananas. It has wafers instead. Though, I still enjoyed it and can't complain when it was under 4 bucks. The tables were sit yourself, and outdoor seating was available as well. After you order your food the drinks, and pay at the bar, they will deliver it directly to you. It was quiet when I went on a Friday, but there was a live band playing Caribbean music. Dogs are allowed here, and the dogs people bring can be pretty big. While the food was just above average, the drinks are still very good. Since the food is from their partner restaurant, I am still giving them 5 stars because of their great and reasonably priced drinks in a social and fun atmosphere. The service was very friendly and helpful too. Last time I visited, they had the mechanical bull riding contest, and I will definitely do that if they ever have that again. It is still a great place to have drinks with your friends and family. Overall: A-

I find it challenging to stalk their social media looking for menu updates only to visit and find out something is gone or I missed a special I would have really enjoyed just a few days earlier. I would encourage them since they have so much talent to use their social media for polls on favorite dishes and let people vote on when it's time for something to take a break from the "regular" ish menu
