Date of Visit: April 4, 2026 I had caught this review about this place on-line and because of it's local, I just had to try it. From where I was I headed north up 58th St. from Central with the top down. It was one of those days. I don't usually take 58th that far, it's more like till 5th or 9th. Not all the way to 54th, it was nice drive. It wasn't long and I was in the parking area of the plaza. Never been here before but from the outside it looked like my kinda place. As I walked in I could see the wall of taps with many, many choices. Also it was only me and another, then it hit me, being spring break and all everybody is at the beach. Oh well, I sat and ordered a beer, a Pacifico to be exact. When I'm out somewhere new I like to drink something new or different from my usual. As I sipped my beer I looked over the burger menu. They have several options but I always go with a standard, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Cooked medium. I also ordered something different as well. I had onion rings with my burger. My wife always gets rings and I fries. The food arrived and the first thing I noticed was the onion rings. These had to be made fresh cause they didn't look frozen. And the burger was dressed nice too. Although I am smash-burger fan I don't discriminate others. This wasn't a smash but it wasn't overly fat either. When I bit in to one of the rings, Wow. I could bite thru the ring and not pull the onion out. Great rings. Now the burgers turn. It was cooked medium just as I requested, just a hint of pink and juicy. And with the toppings cut Julian, I got some with every bite. I will be back...If you haven't already, stop in and give it a try. Peace. read more

This is a nice neighborhood stop for burgers & beer on tap! Very casual but clean & lovely, quick service. I personally love the BLT and my partner enjoys variations of their burgers and insanely good onion rings! Everything always tastes fresh. Not to mention you can't beat the prices. read more

This is an amazing local place with fresh, made in-house, food. The wife and I just had a Black n Blue burger and Beef on Weck with sweet potato tots. The burger was full of flavor and the beef on weck melted in my mouth as the meat was unbelievably tender. No it isn't a trendy, influencer style place but if you want great food at very good prices with staff that care about you, make this place a regular stop. As a bonus, they also do a good football Sunday with lots of TVs for all the games. read more

Very disappointed! I try to support local businesses, BUT, after 2 times being very disappointed, I can't waste anymore money!!! Last night was bad! I went to get a Philly cheese steak sandwich with fries. It was not even steak, it was like leftover Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage with cheese wiz poured on top, tasted like breakfast! The French fries were hard old and you could tell they had been reheated! I was awful, went straight into the trash. I cannot afford to waste money like that anymore on bad food. I ate it all before I could take a picture. Karaoke, friendly, bar area and tables, outdoor smoking, dog friendly tables and doggie water bowls. It's a hidden damn gem. The best 'neighborhood' bar around. First the brews - they have a variety of local beers - some so unusual that you can't believe it - I like the coffee-based beer. Midnight Swim is extremely good but if citrus is more your style, you won't be disappointed with the selection. The staff is helpful and friendly. The food is far above 'pub food'. I've had the Guiness Burger but keep going back to the Pulled Pork. They are normally sold as 'sliders' but I have it enlarged to a burger size. The fries are soft and flavor full on the inside with crunch on the outside. They have Trivia nights and Bingo nights. Check their schedule and stop in anytime for a relaxed lunch or dinner. read more

We stumbled upon this place while running some errands. So glad we did. As soon as we walked in our server Sheila smiled and welcomed us. The draft beer was ice cold and frosty. Our third stop on our dive bar burger tour was Brewburgers. I remember enjoying the one they had in south St Pete on 19, but this was the biggest flop of the day , super disappointing. When we arrived, the place was pretty dead. We were the only table that was ordering food at the time. We ordered 5 burgers medium rare and we received 5 well done hockey pucks. They weren't seasoned and we're rather flavorless. The onion rings looked good, but were also flavorless. It just didn't seem like the kitchen had it together. We felt bad for the server and took care of her, but I would not recommend eating here. read more

Do not go here and expect upscale or healthy. It's cheap and fattening. But it's freaking delicious! Burgers have really good flavor, and I'm not a big burger person. Sweet potato tots are also amazing. Good tap list of beers. They have my favorite beer: Cream and Sugar, not a lot of places serve it. $1 hot dogs on Monday, $2 burgers on Tuesday and 60 cent wings on Wednesday. Haven't tried the wings yet but those are good deals. The cheese fries are RIDICULOUS! Smothered in nacho cheese, if you don't like nacho cheese we can't be friends. Tucked away from downtown is this little place on a not too busy road. It might not be in a prime spot, but let me tell you, the food is worth the drive! I went this past weekend and got the California Turkey burger and sweet potato tots and I've been craving another one ever since! I like this place because it has 25 different beers on tap, but some of them are ones you dont normally see at bars. I tried a strawberry orange mimosa ale while I was there and they also have a sangria on tap! Brewburgers also hosts trivia night every Wednesday and has live music over the weekend. Stopped in twice during my visit to Florida. We were really hungry getting off the plane and wanted to stop somewhere that was not a chain on the way to Sarasota. I had the chicken spring rolls, and enjoyed some of their 60 cent chicken wing's on Wednesday. My husband had a Bleu Burger. You could tell the owner who is originally from Buffalo, wanted to capture the taste of it and bring it to the Sunshine state. Our waitress was pleasant and took care of everyone very efficiently. You could tell that the locals loved the place! So much we stopped again the following Saturday bringing in my family that lives in Sarasota. The owner, Cory served us. The beer list is impressive to my husband and uncle who enjoy a nice cold one. I am not a beer drinker but they had a key lime cider that enhanced my meal! We had a table full of yummy apps. Burger Sliders that were topped with portobello, pepper jack cheese and red pepper. The burgers were cooked perfect! We got the flavorful pulled pork nachos and of course more chicken spring rolls! Wow. This place is a little treasure. I ordered a black & blue burger and asked for my fries extra well done. Both were perfectly done and absolutely delicious. The guy who served me was pleasant. This place is a keeper if they're consistent. 95% of places say they'll cook my fries well done, but they come out as if I had never asked. I give Brewburgers extra points because they actually did it. Prices aren't too bad. Regular burger & fries $8. B&B burger was $10. That's a reasonable price for the quality and quantity. My boyfriend and I had dinner here this evening. Was really great!!! The lady who waited on us was amazing. She was so friendly and loved her job. She was like a breath of fresh air! Loved her. She has an unusual name so I am sorry I don't remember it. We ordered iced tea and she went and brewed us up some right away!!! It was good. I thought maybe she was one of the owner as she was enjoyed her job sooo much! We had wonderful food the burgers were great and the fried green tomatoes wonderful!!! The Good: Bartender / Server was pleasant and attentive even though she was the only working the floor and two bars on a busy Sunday afternoon during football. Lots of TV's so able to watch several games at once. The bad: Ordered a sausage sandwich. Asked if it came with anything and was told j could have chips, fries or curly fries.. Expected it to have some peppers and onions like EVERY other one I've ever ordered. Instead got a piece of meat on a dry white bread roll with NOTHING on it. The ugly: Had a coupon that said good everyday before 3:00. When I gave it to server she said they don't take those on Sunday's. Asked her to show me where it said that. She took it to the manager and he told her to honor it which I appreciate however once I got the bill I found that they had charged me $4.00 for the fries and $1.00 for my wife's chips after being told when we ordered that our sandwiches came with them.
