After using a meat subscription service for years and being dissatisfied with the quality and inconsistency of meat I decided to start looking for meat shares. I spent over a month looking at the different options around the area and comparing prices and practices and decided on Bator's Farm. Quick turn around and friendly owners. Quality of meat is better than any other local source I've tried. Meat is much more tender and has a deeper flavor profile. And you can beat the freshness since it was processed and put in the freezer the day before pick up. The size of the steaks are massive. read more

always love a trip to Bators Farm! I have purchased cows and pigs from them. The meat is to die for. I never thought I would meet a life change pork chop! It is also a killer deal on the whole and half animals. Everything is neatly packaged for you in clearly labeled vacuum bags. Mandy and Shawn a lot are very available and accommodating. They will walk you through the process to make sure your meat is cut the way you like it! It is so clear that they take alot of pride in their work and they love the community they work in. For me it is worth the drive to get clean meat from happy animals at Bators Farm. read more
