Instructors are exceptional. Nikki (5 hours) brings a wealth of English riding discipline and applies it to our lessons. Julia (1 hour) felt like a continuation of the work I was doing with Nikki, yet obviously with her own style. Each lesson is focused on growing the basics. Both instructors are very mindful of your body language, not just the mechanics and answer questions providing insight into horse behaviour based on your interactions. They keep the horse consistent . For all this I will continue to drive 2 hours round trip for two lessons (30 min ea) once a week! (perspective of this review: mature adult novice/beginner English rider, picking back up from childhood recreational riding. Recently started taking lessons and wanted to find a place to add another lesson each week.)

0/5 would not recommend…read more Immediately after I fractured my finger, my party notified Cornerstone Ranch to request a new date, as I was--and still am not--medically cleared to trail ride. Very disappointing that they wouldn't reschedule us and only offered a 50% discount, citing their cancellation policy and having to adjust their staffing. To be clear, we did not ask to cancel; we asked to reschedule our trail ride due to a medical emergency. Their policy COULD allow for exceptions in circumstances like this, but they chose not to make one. Given the advance notice we provided, the ranch had the opportunity to adjust staffing accordingly. The Ranch also suggested that I could have purchased the optional ticket insurance at booking for added flexibility. But I did not plan to break my finger or require the flexibility to reschedule. Unexpected events happen, but unfortunately your response suggests that protecting revenue takes precedence over accommodating customers facing genuine emergencies. Their "well wishes" feels disingenuous when it is paired with a refusal to either (1) honor the ride at a later date without penalty or (2) provide a full refund. Extremely disappointing.

When I tried rebooking in February 2026 for this summer, the ranch was fully booked. Wouldn't a smart business try to work with someone's money they have already taken for a year. The big red flag was when his wife Jessica posted they were selling Martin's Ranch. It all smells funny, and if you look up their business ID in New Hampshire, the company is not in good standing. I would be very weary of any of these great reviews as they were four years old.

I have been coming here for a few months. Mr Wayne, the owner, is super friendly and helpful. He works diligently to maintain the farm and makes good recommendations. Paradise farm carries a large variety of products including grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, free-range chicken and duck. They also have pastured chicken, duck and turkey eggs. The animals here are sustainably and humanely raised. They carry raw Nubian goat milk. Goat milk is closest to breastmilk for it contains exclusively A2 protein. The type of milk that most people drink comes from holstein cows which produce A1 milk. A1 protein is not ideal for human consumption. On the other hand, goat milk is an A2 milk just like human milk. You can pick your own berries, peaches and apples here seasonally. The farm is open year around by appointment. Make sure you give Mr Wayne a call at (603) 345-0860 before coming in.

I am so bad with names but I know one is called Summer. Two pregnant mamas and one baby on the ranch! On the way out, please put a donation in the jar or make a purchase at the store. Plenty of cute socks, sweater, etc. Please note that you will smell alpaca spit (or musty odor) when you enter the shop/ranch and even after you depart. Don't wear fancy clothes.

The staff were very courteous, efficient and professional. What a beautiful place to just come for a few nights to stay, to get away from it all. So peaceful and tranquil. And very beautiful. The baby goats were SO sweet and followed me around, and Lynn let me feed them. She sent me home with some herbs and plants as a gift. Not only did I have an idyllic stay, but I feel I've made lifelong friends. They had food left over from a wedding the day before and they served it to me gratis for dinner- it was really delicious (fresh salmon, asparagus and green beans). During the "interview" I spent the majority of the time sitting uncomfortably in silence while Alice ranted on and on about how INCREDIBLY happy she was that I am not ugly or overweight. Odd, right? Fast forward, the new hire and I are aimlessly walking around the barn alone with no idea what to do. We quickly noticed the horses had NO HAY, NO WATER, NO BEDDING, and were tacked up from open to close. The girths remained tightly secured the entirety of the day. Almost every horse had several burs stuck in their manes, tails, and forelocks. It appeared they had not been groomed in WEEKS. During the short time of handling these poor horses, Nicole and I noticed they were all broken down in some way. 100% were lame. 100% had ribs showing too much. 100% were so obviously unhappy. Aside from the horses, Dennis was extremely creepy. He would slowly follow us around the barn in his car without saying a word. He even threw his cigarette at Nicole. He would tell us to do something, leave, come back, and then ask why the f**k we were doing what he told us to do. I met the ONE employee they have and needless to say, he was more than willing to dive into how shitty the owners are without me asking. It was also apparent that he abuses the horses and is NOT a horse person. Additionally, Alice and Dennis were more than willing to dive into how "dumb and slow" their only employee is without me asking. I left crying because I felt so horrible for those poor animals. Do not buy from here, do not take pony rides from here, do not take trails from here, do not send your horse here, do not do not DO NOT! Nicole contacted me a day or two later explaining how she confronted Alice about the quality of her horses. Unsurprisingly, Alice responded very aggressively. To the people considering doing business here: DO NOT. Alice and Dennis do not care about their horses in any way, shape, or form. They will deceive you into think these horses are happy and able to work. This place should be shut down. I have 2 equine related college degrees. I CANNOT make this shit up.
