Do not buy X2 lithium ion motorcycle batteries here. I purchased one of these and it failed in less than a month, for no reason, it shut down while cranking and left me stranded. I first tried to take it back on the weekend, but their "customer service" is only available when the manager is there as the general employees are all that work the weekends and would not help me. Returned on Monday and after checking the battery and having it fail the current test, they still would not give me my money back. Manager referred to the owner, whom also refused to give me my money back. This is a defective product, backed by poor customer support. Specifically the Fairlawn, OH store. After going to best buy where they talked down to me, & lied to my face, telling me that phones done use batteries that can be bought & replaced . It was nice to come here and be treated like I wasn't a hassel. It was also less of a hassel for me. I walked in & ryanr (as it says on my receipt) helped me immediately. Went in for a specific battery today. Knew exact battery number. When attempted to purchase was instructed to provide proof of what it was for. ???? Stated had to bring item in to purchase said battery. All I wanted to do was Just buy a battery. When asked for manager, was told they were the manager and could come back next time I have my product I wanted for the battery. read more

Came to change the screen on my iPhone 8 plus. The price was okay but they never told me that the screen is going to be low quality. When I came back, they said that this was mentioned in the "fine print". Really? I thought that scamming customers is not in fashion anymore... I wish I could give the raving reviews as the previous customers. Unfortunately this has been a major headache for me. I took my I Phone in on 10/17 to have the battery, which I had just purchased, moved from my old I phone to my current phone. During the process a piece was broken on my phone and I was told that they would have the part on 10/18. They did not. Went back in on 10/21, but no one was there who could fix the part. Went back today, 10/23, and the part was fixed. This evening I realized that I could not connect AT ALL to wi-fi and that I can also not make phone calls. I am fed up. If you can not fix an I Phone battery without damaging the phone then don't adverstise that you can. Guess I have to go back tomorrow to figure out why my phone is still not working! read more

Glen is amazing!!! My phone had some water damage and it would not charge. I took my phone to apple thinking that they would help me but they shrugged it off saying that there was nothing that they could do. All I wanted was for my phone to turn on so I can retrieve my pictures. (I just got back from vacation not even 10 hours ago) I googled places to fix my phone and thank goodness I found them. It took Glen 10 minutes to fix my phone and now it is charging! Now I can get all of my pictures! He's a life saver! I will definitely be back for all of my phone needs! Thanks Glen!! This would probably be my first review on yelp This place is terrible I took my phone here because my screen got cracked they said I couldn't get the warranty because he could not do a full technical inspection who brings their phone in and be able to do a technical inspection with their screen cracked in the first place that is crazy unheard of I did manage to open my phone and show him that my camera worked so he could give me the warranty but that still wasn't good enough he said he had to check the LCD screen to be able to give me the warranty that is the stupidest thing I've ever heard how are you going to check my LCD screen when I brought my phone into get the screen replaced because it was cracked and I am using the dictating to write because he left my screen half out he said my frame was bent and it was not bent before I took my phone to him I can go on more about this place but I know this paragraph is long enough already just watch your stuff before you go there or I would recommend not doing business with them at all read more

Batteries Plus says "We sell and recycle batteries for everything." Oh, yeah? Apparently not everything! That motto is more wishful thinking than actual fact. Batteries Plus did NOT have the watch battery I needed. So--get this--I went to Walmart and they HAD the battery! Let me give you a moment to get back on your feet. Yes, you read me correctly: Batteries Plus--a battery store--didn't have a battery that Walmart did have! Worse, Batteries Plus couldn't have cared less and couldn't be ruder sending me on my way out the door empty handed. Jerks! read more
