I never leave bad reviews, it has to be a very extreme circumstance for me to do it; however, I received the worst customer service I've ever received in my life. I was trying to get an item printed up for my small business (which is part of why I never leave bad reviews, because I understand what it's like trying to run a business). I called my order in because it was technically a reorder of a print I just got done the previous day but needed more of. The person over the phone told me that they should have it done that day. I went in that day to check on it and they told me, oh there's no way we'll have it done because our printer is down. I understood and left. I checked the following day just to be told that they don't take orders over the phone and no one would have put my order in. I explained it would have been nice to know that when I came in to check on my order the previous day, as I am relying on this order for my business. My response was basically oh well, no one put your order in and we don't have it. I was in shock to be treated in such a flippant, disregarded way. I would be absolutely embarrassed for a customer to come into my shop and get treated in that manner. I then tried calling corporate to report the matter but could not get a representative to answer the phone! I was trying to call just to report the situation in a private way, but since there was no way for me to privately settle the matter, I felt compelled to leave a review. read more

I called Staples searching for a 22" computer monitor and the employee told me that they had one in stock. So I drove there and asked for the monitor. The employee and I walked to the shelf, but what she thought was a monitor, wasn't. So she called her manager to ask if they had the monitor in stock and the manager climbed a ladder to the top shelf across the store and found the monitor. I was happy that they had one in stock. I was the only customer in the store. I don't know how these stores are keeping their doors open. Anyway, they were fast and friendly and they had what I needed. Recommend! read more

First time going to Dee's. Ordered take out and service was good. Food was ready in a very short time and I was very impressed with the decor inside the restaurant. Think 50's family restaurant! Food is also very reasonably priced. I ordered the stuffed pork chop and it was very good and enough for two meals. My husband had the Al's sausage sandwich and our bill was under $20. We will be returning. read more

I don't generally do reviews for national chains, but I am going to make an exception based on what I have experienced at this Staples. Last year I visited this store and the OfficeMax near me (in Wadsworth) when I was in need of a flash drive, a wireless mouse and printer ink (three items, two different visits). While Office Max treated me as if I was interrupting them, the two gentlemen (so sorry I don't remember their names) I dealt with at Staples went out of their way to explain the benefits and faults of the various flash drives and mice. Needless to say, I purchased all three items at Staples. Fast forward a few months....I was having an issue with the mouse so I returned to the store to see if there was anything they could do. Marrissa, Ashley and Taylor all went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my problem was resolved. It's not often that I have run across so many helpful people at a retail establishment (especially a chain), so I felt I had to commend them. This store is obviously doing something right. read more

I'm sorry this review was not immediately documented. I delayed and then misplaced my receipt. While doing my taxes I've come across it and want to acknowledge my experience. I was waited on by Brian W. on Nov 28, 2017. I was traveling from TN and needed business cards printed near store closing. Brian quickly moved into action, while multi tasking the needs of remaining customers and proceeded to also neatly cut my business cards for me. The store was in renovation, rearrangement phase. Kinda messy and hard to find items, go to bathroom, etc

it's o.k. They could do much better on the prices. Even on the Sales Tax Holiday Weekend they did not have a lot of sale items. You can do much better someplace else. read more
