Customer service unfamiliar with policies and will send you back and forth. For the 2 years we were with them. I spent around 8 hours on the phone with customer service reps and 3 hours in store to try to resolve various issues. The insurance rep that T-Mobile contracts with left me on hold I went to the T-Mobile store and the general manager got through and resolved my issue while I was still waiting on hold for over an hour.
